I haven't been paying much attention to eBay prices for items as of late, but did I miss the memo on the rising value of the Cloud Car? I remember a time when you can get a MIB Cloud Car for $20 or less, have times changed or is this guy just going for broke on his BIN?

You will see a lot of auctions with outrageous bin's today as eBay has a promotion for listings. Happens all the time & even if they don't have a promotion.  ::)

That's not even a BIN though - his starting bid is $75

And yes, that's ridiculous, and it won't sell.

You can get one for $15 and shipping easily.

Ok I was wondering what was up there, as I've heard a lot of people complaining lately that the prices for many vintage items have skyrocketed. But this is just a matter of the seller trying to get a lot for little.

Hell, I'm shocked at the Loose DT Ben Kenobi!  $3,700 for a loose figure?  Granted it's in great shape and a DT saber, but still!
This is the way.

I have spoken.

Screw that.  You've got to be a real sucker to drop $1,000 on a VC Jawa in a little acrylic box.
