I have to say that I'm fascinated by Wulf Yularen showing up on this list, as the Death Star Briefing box set was neither hard to find nor overly pricey for what your money got you. I mean, if released as a regular figure, he'll be a little over 7 dollars, which is 1/5 the original price of the box set at most etailers. Sure, the Darth Vader sucked, and the Tarkin was inaccurate, but why not just buy the whole box set, get four other Imperial officials, and be done with it? Am I missing something?
Looking at that top 20, I'm also really hoping the red ARC doesn't win, since I'd much rather have a red repaint of the superior in sculpt and articulation comic two-pack ARC Trooper than a reissue of a figure that has been outdone by leaps and bounds. Ditto for the 2002 Clone Pilot, whose lopsided stance and subpar articulation has been outdone by the Evolutions Clone Trooper and its removable helmet. It's like voting for the POTF2 CommTech Stormtrooper over the VOTC Stormtrooper.
That said, the five I'll be voting for are:
1-Bespin Guard (black ethnicity)
2-Chewbacca (Early Bird)
3-Ephant Mon (out of spite)
4-Graxxol Kelvyn (out of spite)
5-VOTC Stormtrooper
