Wow, it looks great, but I haven't even pre-ordered Neyo yet. I was hoping for a couple more months before this one was up. I wanted to get 2, but I may have to settle for just one.

I have been all in on this line from the beginning on this seems to be the MO for Sideshow.  They put several preorders up around the same time and then they also ship a bunch of items at the same time.  Currently, I have the following on preorder:

Boba Fett
Bacara
Cantina Environment
Neyo
Tusken Raider
Grievous
OOM-9
Modal Nodes 2 pack from Big Bad Toy Store (this one seems to have been delayed for quite some time)

In the past week or two I have gotten 14-21 day notices on Fett, Bacara, and maybe one other.  So for six figures yet to ship direct from Sideshow, two or three are coming shortly and it looks like they will be replaced with other preorders in the near future.

At this point, I wish I could sell my old Hasbro 12" figures for what I paid for them to help pay for SS.

Yeah, most of the Caps fans seem to think it is a foregone conclusion also.

They have had some back luck with playoff draws the past 3 years.

I wouldn't really say that, but between going up 2-0 on Pittsburgh and pretty much not showing up for that game 7 and losing to the eight seed at home, I don't have high hopes for tonight.

Anyone liking the Caps tonight versus Boston?

Anyone?

Bueller?

Hoping? Yes. Predicting? No.

Agreed.  I'm used to being let down by Washington sports teams.  The Caps are abysmal in game 7's.  Since every game has been a one goal game so far, I kind of expect that they will get blown out.

Has anyone else had this?

This could become a problem for me.  After taking a sip, you immediately want another sip.  Smooth as silk and TASTY.

I thought it was just too sweet as compared to regular Jack.

You have to wonder if he is really worth it at this point.  Isn't he 36?  I think his price tag would cause salary cap issues for a lot of teams.  I'm sure the Redskin's fantasy football team captain owner will make a play at him, but I doubt Peyton wants to play in a colder climate or face his little brother twice a year.  I'm still hoping that the Skins trade up in the draft and pick a young QB.  Synder still hasn't learned his lesson about buying big name players though.

Really?  How on Earth did the Beatles get influenced by the Monkees then?

Seriously? Just listen to their music. It's virtually identical.

Did you think that may be because the Monkees were copying the Beatles and not the other way around?  The Monkees first album came out a few months after the Beatles put out Revolver.  Heck, the Beatles hosted a party for the Monkees while they were recording Sgt. Peppers.  Heck, the Monkees barely played on any of the tracks on their first or second album.  They didn't start playing their own instruments until their third album.  They were a group that was put together for a TV show.  They didn't really become a band until the end of the Beatles career.

It would be like saying Weird Al influenced Michael Jackson because Eat It and Fat sound like Beat It and Bad.

You can come in at any point in Head and go WTF???!!! Its basically a series of skits with no relation to one another. Its kind of like the one the Beetles made around the same time.

Well, they were a major influence on The Beatles.

Umm, no....  The Monkees were created in reaction to the Beatles movie "A Hard Day's Night".  The Monkees started in 1966, the British invasion was early 1964.

I think you need to stop getting your "facts" from Wikipedia.

Really?  How on Earth did the Beatles get influenced by the Monkees then?  The Beatles were already established before the Monkees were assembled.  There is a reason they were called the pre-fab four.

Weren't you the one who has said as long as their valid links in a wiki article it is fine to use one as a source?

They seem to be hammering us again with everything that is shipping.  It seems like I have been getting non stop shipping notices from SS since November.

Got my Shop@home catalog last night and there's a 10% off coupon on the back.  Ironic because I just found my vip card and stamp booklet thingy the other day.  Actually I'm not even really sure what the vip card is good for...sure sounds important though.

VIP card gets you points if you shop at a Lego store or at lego.com.  It is your basic rewards plan that gives you coupons for every dollar spent.

He should be fired immediately.   He knew someone on his staff molested a kid and should have called the police, regardless of any Penn State policy.  It isn't like Sandusky got drunk at work or stole some petty cash, he freaking touched a kid.  For someone who is a parent and a grandparent and refers to his players as his "kids" he should have went above and beyond to make sure Sandusky was prosecuted.  He just let it go and thought the University would handle it.  Granted, the higher ups should be fired too for not getting this thing prosecuted.  However, Sandusky was seen as recent as last week at the Penn State football complex.  You don't let someone come back at all unless he has had his day in court and been cleared of the charges.  Paterno may have done that what was legally required of him but he sure as hell didn't live up to moral obligations.

Seems a bit strange considering Deathly Hollows Part 2 doesn't come out for another two weeks.  Additionally, both Death Hallows movies have yet to receive the Ultimate Edition treatment and there has yet to be an eight movie set put out.  I guess this could be a precursor to the final ultimate editions and the complete series set.

Sideshow comes through again.  After numerous emails over the past couple months that my waitlist reservation was going to be cancelled, it was converted to an order this morning.  I look forward to receiving this one and getting a Bacara on preorder tonight.

What was the point of what seemed like hundreds of relief pitchers?  I can understand giving somebody some experience or helping someone out, etc., but why do something to blow a lead like that?  Boston did do themselves in, especially not being able to beat the Orioles, but it just seemed a bit of a strange call by the Yankees to me.
