Hmm, odd. Now it's a show exclusive?

It is still exclusive to Blister, but now we know where/how they will sell it.  Blister.jp is hosting an in-store event/show at the end of March to celebrate the 2nd Anniversary of their brick&mortar "World Characters Store" in Shibuya (area in Tokyo).

At this time, it will NOT be offered via Blister Direct, so that means that the chances of places like Robby or HLJ getting these is extremely low at this point. :(

Let's see...

January = $53.91

February = $108.14

Year to Date Total = $162.05

Stuff I bought the past month:
2006 Saga Coruscant Wave (1 opener)
2006 Saga Final 22 [aka Wave 9] (8 carded and 6 openers)
2006 Saga Wal Mart Wave (5 carded and 2 openers)
Star Wars Galactic Hereos 2-Packs (4 openers)

I picked up 22 figures (13 carded, 9 openers) and 4 new GH 2-packs, so it was a busy Hasbro month, but I still came out pretty well for the month thanks to the continuing purge of old crap.  Eventually though I'm going to run out of old stuff to sell...  :-\

March should see the arrival of 16-20 30AC figures, but hopefully I can keep things around the $100 monthly budget...

Yeah, last night's episode was great.  I like Jack and Kate and all, but it was really nice to get away from focusing everything on them.

It was nice to see Hugo/Charlie take on his "curse" and walk away from it.  I also liked the phrases Sawyer was teaching Jin.   :P

Just a quick note...

GG is using their brand new raffle system to offer the B&W Fett Maquette to the PG members.

If you are interested at all in this piece, get your butt over to GG's site and join the Premiere Guild for your chance to get one...

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: How often do you go to the Dentist?
« on: February 28, 2007, 10:10 AM »
Had my Winter check-up/cleaning last night.

No new cavities, no need for a crown, no root canals required! Woot - safe for another six months!

See you again in August, Dr. Boo!   :D

(Yes, my dentist's name really is Dr. Boo - strange, huh?)

Moore got dealt and I'm disappointed there in a way because he was our only good man on face-offs.

Thank you!   :)

MM are making Kelloggs?

Yeah, I agree with Scott, the mini-mates come off as "me too".

Both the DCD "Pocket Heroes" line and the DC Comics Mini-Mates line just pale in comparison to my Batman (and lone Superman) Kubricks.  I wish Medicom could have held onto that DC licenses, I'd have loved to get more Bat-bricks!   :-\

He's got a bloody Zamboni in his back yard :-X  It was totally surreal.  8)

You don't?   I thought they were standard issue up there... ???

Today is trade deadline day.  I'm not sure if the beloved Wild are going to do anything beyond the Hall-for-Dupuis deal they did earlier in the month.  It would be nice to add a wiley veteran to shore up the offense for the Playoff run (especially after seeing Vancouver making moves ahead of us), but I'm not expecting anything...

« on: February 26, 2007, 10:50 AM »
I've seen reports that we're due 12"-18" of snow through Sunday...

Well, I guess the weather heads got it right this time - between Saturday and Sunday, we ended up at around 13" of snow.

I was reminded again that there is nothing more annoying than clearing the drive-way so you can go to work, turning off the snowblower and heading back into the house only to hear the damn plow roar down the street behind you.   ::)   >:(

What happened to the Q&A?

A lot of folks missed the announcement due to all the Toy Fair news...

Due to Toy Fair complications, there will be no Q&A Answers today...

All questions that were supposed to be answered today will be held over to the next round and answered on Friday, March 2.
