I loved  Pretty in Pink too.  I will have to see that movie, just out of curiousity on what happened to the characters. :)

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: New Years Plans?
« on: December 29, 2004, 11:40 PM »
I haven't really decided what I really want to do for New Year's Eve, I have been invited to a couple parties and to the bar.  But, this is the first New Year's I haven't had to work, I think, I would just like to stay home and rent some DVD's.  Basically,  I just want to relax.

If you all venture out, have a safe evening.

Take care.

My first album was Quiet Riots, Come Feel the Noise.  At least, I think that was the title, it's been so long ago.

We are under 2nd snow advisory of the year.  Tonight, they think we'll get up 6 inches more of the wonderful, white stuff.  I suppose, winter is finally here.

Hello, all!
Just thought I would bump this thread back up, since we are in the middle of a winter storm.  We are suppose to get between 4-6 inches of snow.  The drive home from work tonight was terrible. :(  But, at least I made it home safely.  It amazes me how everyone forgets how to drive during the first snow storm of the season.

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: What stresses you out?

Work is my biggest stress right now.  The owner is trying to sell the business before they foreclose, we all know we are losing are jobs.  But, he just doesn't come out give us a date.  But, I happy that it's not until the beginning of the new year.

And, the holidays always add a bit of stress.

My first non-parental trip was me and 3 other girls in a compact car going up north for a long weekend.  I still don't know, how we managed to put everything in one small car.  We had coolers, food, tent, clothes, etc in a Ford Fiestiva.  But, it was defintely a weekend none of us have forgotten.  We had a blast!!

No, kids here.  I like kids a lot, even have a degree in early childhood education (that I don't really use).  I just have never really wanted any of my own.  I suppose if the situation were right, I might think about it.  But, right now, I don't see any children in my future except for my nieces and nephews who keep me more than busy.

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: When Do You Let Your Kids watch SW?

I got my niece hooked on the Star Wars movies when she was 4.  She really loves them.  We watched them together.  So, she could ask lots of questions.  I think, she has a good grasp between reality and fantasy.

I watched Attack on the Clones the other night.  But, it's been a while since I watched the rest of them.

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: Your First Job?
« on: May 8, 2004, 03:53 PM »
My first job was working at a horse sale barn on weekends.  It was pretty neat.  But I can honestly say after that, I never wanted to own a horse. I learned a lot.

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: Things you wish you knew more about
« on: April 21, 2004, 01:20 PM »
I wish I knew more about:  how to get my own business started on the amount of money I have.  I guess, I will have to wait a bit longer on the project.

My second thing would be cars.  I know the basics, that's it.
