I agree.  He's right Agen Kolar was the first Jedi who Palpatine killed, Saesee Tiin was the second, Kit Fisto fought Palpatine shortly with Mace Windu then he was the third, Mace Windu was the last Jedi left.  He fought Palpatine and then Anakin chopped off his hand and Palpatine shot Mace Windu with Force Lightning and sent Mace Windu falling to his death.

I think you really mean the officer who is with Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine watching the construstion of the Death Star.  That was a trivia question that I posted.  The answer is Grand Moff Tarkin, the imperial officer whose "foul stench" Leia recognized when she was brought on board the Death Star.
