Is there a means to save ebooks after you buy them?
I pretty much hate ebooks, but would like to read the stories that are ONLY available on them. I bought the Darth Maul ebook years ago but couldn't get into reading a whole book while sitting at the computer. However, I then had to reformat my computer and there was no method to save the ebook, I think I was using the MS reader program. The ebook downloads INTO the reader and there was no way to save the actual file. Thus, I lost my ebook.
I was looking at the Adobe reader and it sounds like you can actually save the individual books so reformating won't cause you to lose them.
Anyone know if this is true? I'd rather not buy the Adobe version books just to find it is like the MS version.
Thanks
