There are some Suncoast stores that are going out of business, just one locally. 30% seems to be the norm, but they have a 40% off 4 of more promotion, so I got "Biozombie", 2 Disc LE of "Versus", "Tetsuo: The Iron Man" SE, and the 2 disc "Toxic Avenger" 21st Ann. Editiob for about $60.

Walk the Line, Lady and the Tramp and Arrested Development S2 ($14.99 at Target) for moi.

Next week's somewhat big, and exciting, and fortunately I get paid on the 7th.

Cory - have you been watching AD on primetime?  Or is this your first venture into the world of the Bluths?

Either way, enjoy Season 2 - my favorite season of the three.

My only exposure to AD would be maybe 1/4th of Season 1, and I thought it was brilliant. I worked late nights (..'til Midnight) through Season 2, so I didn't get to see it at all. So, I watched a couple of episodes at work on our down time and it's nothing short of genius. There's something about sitcoms without laugh tracks, that are genuinely funny and original. Arrested Development is one of them, and I think it's about time I added it to my roster.

Picked up the Dog Day Afternoon SE yesterday. I haven't seen the movie since it aired on HBO way back when, but even at that young age, it left a great impression.

$19.99 at Target.  Sadly it's the only season of 24 on sale.

I found ONE copy near me at Best Buy. There was a sign, suggesting whoever's interested, check for it at the new release section, which had no copies. The one I got was in the alphabetized Drama section. $19.99 with the sale and my RZ certificate.

I dropped about 60 titles from my library this weekend, and some boxed sets. Biggest pruning I've done in about a year, including my "24" sets. They just don't have any rewatch value, because you can't watch just one, lol.

Nothing next week aside from "Goblet of Fire". Everyone has some exclusive, but I think Target's lenticular cover is going to win me over.

I'll leave "Jarhead" for you guys. Movies about going to war and not fighting, focusing on the maritial infidelity of soldiers ain't worth watching twice, IMO.  :P
