It looks we are getting something a little different for SDCC.

I'll probably end up getting it, but will have to see better pics before making my final decision.

Hopefully this means Sideshow is closer to making at a minimum the droids.  Still want Vader, Fett and Stormtroopers, though.

A Nute would be cool. I want Vader, 3PO, Fetts & Clone/Storm Troopers before him though.

I got Holo-Sid ordered. Niether my C-IV or Commando Bundle giftcards worked. When I saw this in person I wasn't blown away by it, but I thought it would make a great accessory to my Darth Maul. I think I'll display him kneeling before it with his ligtsaber ignited in front of him.

I have to say this was one of the easiest orders in a while (battling MR and GG lately).  I thought it looked pretty cool at C4 so I am happy to pick up another 'lighted' figure (the first two being the two different Yoda's from LA).

I was surprised with just how well the non-attendee pre-order went.  Especially since I put my order in about 2+ hours after it went online.

I don't think I'll be getting this one, I didn't see e-mail until a week later. Oh well it's not an important figure to me.

So who got theirs and what are your feelings?    It's a tad shorter than I was expecting and the mechno-chair's joints don't seem stable enough to prop Sidious up for long.   I suppose it will look good next to Maul though!

I received this one as well as Leia Boushh today.  Since I had seen it at C4, I knew what to expect but didn't realize how 'top-heavy' it was.  I had to be pretty careful when I put it up on the shelf and make sure the legs were low enough so he didn't topple forward.
