I meant that we'd leave the games cap equal to what it is now, but with two slots - so it'd be two slots with 46 games per slot, just so you wouldn't get shafted if your guy doesn't play and your other guy does.

Just an idea.

Really?  I freaking hate it.

I like the challenge of figuring out which one is more likely to win - but I absolutely hate picking one and then having him not play at all.  Drives me nuts.

I'd vote yes.  So long as it retroactively updates all of the +/- stuff so far.  I'm assuming it does this right?

I'd also like to see a scenario where we have 2 goalie spots - we could leave the games at 92 or whatever they are, but I keep having nights where I pick one of my two goalies, and then the other one plays and gets a win and the one I picked didn't even get in the game.

I think I've got exactly ONE win so far this season - even though my goalies have won a few more games than that (not that they've been great or anything).

I shot those on a Digital Rebel XT - but probably half of the vibrancy and sharpness is due to extensive time color correcting and adjusting the levels in photoshop.

I'll throw together a quick before/after thing and post it in a little while.

I love the "Anger" sign.

And the graffiti on the beach is kind of funny too: They even have jerks in New Zealand.

Yep - but not many.  The entire country is pretty much clean as hell.  Everyone thows their trash away, everyone recycles, for the most part, everyone really takes care of all that natural beauty they've got going on.

Find your inner idiot.

I've spent about half an hour making this chick say various dirty things, proving that my sense of humor hasn't matured since I was eleven.

What the hell is the deal with this thing... I was using it at work and we were all having a big laugh and then we got this:

Thanks everyone!

One question, what the hell is that hairless thing with the buck teeth?

No idea - I'm 99% sure it's fictional, but damn it's freaky.  Some kind of bat-like monstrosity?

Dammit.

Fitzgerald is out this week - then they have their bye the week after next.  They're reporting that he'll probably just sit out next week too so he can rest until after the bye.

Meaning I'm probably without my #2 pick for another 3 weeks.

As if this couldn't get any worse.  >:(

So I spent a lot of time over the last few months finally processing all the photos I took in New Zealand back in May - and since pretty much just my family and co-workers were seeing them, I thought I'd share them here too.

My hope is that this can become sort of a Jedi Defender photography thread where everyone can share their photography and we can all pat eachother on the back.  If that never materializes, at least I'm sharing mine. :)

So anyway, here are most of them more or less in chronological order.  They get better as they go along.  There are lots of images here, so you'll have to forgive me for the load time.

Additionally, the images from 'the farm' can't be posted now because they may be published at some point in the next year or three - but they're some of the best pictures I've ever taken...

If you make it down to where the snow-covered mountain (volcano) images are, that's where they shot a bunch of the Mordor stuff for LOTR.

Enjoy.

Thanks for looking!

I got my initial order.  Then I received the one for the JD Giveaway and the one I opened.

But I sent in 3 more forms several weeks ago (one of which is for you Brent), the checks were cashed almost immediately, but the figures are no where to be found.

I can say this much... I think there are some pretty good things on the horizon - it's been slow lately, and quite frankly, I've enjoyed it.

Last year with ROTS was completely excessive.   WAY too many new toys for one year.

This year's been terribly busy as well - until a few weeks ago.

With the Naboo and Endor figures hitting now, Kit Fisto's Starfighter, AT AT, TIE's, Snowspeeder, Dagobah X-Wing, New Battle Packs, and 22 'final' saga figures on shelves between now and the end of the year - it's setting up to be a disgustingly jam packed few months coming up.

And if the rumors for the first three waves of next year's figures are accurate - I think colletors will be just as excited as they've always been by 3 or 4 months from now.

Thanks!

The asteroids actually came from a commercial shoot I worked back when OTC was hitting stores for the Millenium Falcon - after they were done with the set they filled a trash bag up for a buddy and me with all of them.  I didn't even have to tie them up, they already had fishing line on them. :)

The snow pretty much missed us in Dallas last year - Oklahoma got it pretty good.

The picture there was from 3 years ago - my first year in Texas.  Hopefully we'll get some more this year.

I would think a last wave would need to be 1 figure from each film - and you probably wouldn't get anything but major characters.

But since we're being hypothetical, I'd go ANH and ask for

Bom Vimdin
CZ-3
Crispy Beru and Owen two pack
SA Death Star Trooper
VOTC Stormtrooper
Grand Moff Tarkin re-do
Rebel Sentry
And just for Jesse, a new Fleet Trooper that doesn't suck.

(as I understand it some of these are already in the works though...)
