The Legacy Collection / Re: Recent Legacy Purchases

I picked up the second Ugnaught from Target.

Ditto.  Found this guy at two different Targets today.  If you still need one (or any of the rest of Wave 9), this might be a good time to hit your local Target.

I've received a few "hostile" e-mails regarding the posting of that "sale" - mostly to the effect of how could I/we support the blatant gouging of collectors. Yes, the pricing sucks, but they are on par with many online retailers in terms of charging a premium for individual figures - especially the newest releases.

Would I pay what they're charging? No, but here in MN we have pretty good luck at finding merch. at retail. Others might not be as lucky.

Well, I hope I didn't come across as hostile.   :-[  The prices don't work out that bad with the free figure included.  I'm more bothered by the "everyday" price in conjucntion with a sale...I just find it insulting to mark up your product 100%, then pretend that you're offering consumers a "deal" by issuing a 4th figure for free.

I found the revision wave at two different targets today, so I picked up few of the V2 Ugnaught.  Pretty nice figure - I like him better than the one that was released earlier.

What's the difference for subscribers vs. non subscribers?  I ordered two just the other day and got my shipping notice already.  :-X

Starwarsshop.com has officially lost their damn minds.

Figures are $14.99, oh but this month if you buy 3 you get a 4th free.

So let's see $45 for 4 figures, that's a sale price of $11.

No.  Thanks.

I'm glad you posted this.  I noticed that too via an adon Yakface and went to see what they had as the ad said they have (100's of figures in stock).  Well no wonder there's so much left in stock.  Those prices are just plain insulting - it actually makes me want to buy less product from Hasbro.  :P

I'm getting more than a little concerned about Forte.  He was once again my lowest scoring player this week.   ::)  Anybody interested in Shianco?  I have two solid TE's and can only start one.

In related news, the Raminators move to 5-1 ...WOOHOO!  Nice game Jay...

The Broncos had a great game tonight.  After beating the Cowboys, Patriots and the Chargers they've shown that they are the real deal!

Amen - that was another solid Monday night game.  Too bad they didn't get Marshall more involved.  A win is a win, but tonight's effort was really driven by the special teams performance.  They won't be able to rely on 2 E. Royal kick returns for TDs every week.   ;)

I want to know what happened to Philly against Oakland.  What the heck was that?

There are some guys out there that go nuts over errors.  You could check around on Rebelscum or post it with a high starting bid on Ebay to see if you get any action on it.

I have a Legacy Trinto that has the correct front card, but the back is all Wioslea.  Not a must have and I have no idea what it's worth, but kind of need to have a few errors like that in your collection I think.  That said, I'd get rid of it easily if I could make a few bucks on it.   ;)

Justin, the CW figures at TRU (in Minnetonka) had them too.

Really?  I looked a few times there, but must have missed them.  We didn't see any at the Maplewood TRU earlier in the week.  Were they also only in the Cad Bane wave?

Finally saw this earlier in the week, but couldn't go for it at $50.  Even $35 is a stretch for me - it's not that much more vehicle than the mid-size assortment at $20, though I guess you get a figure with it and they have to charge extra just because it's an "exclusive."  I'd pay $30, maybe $35 in a moment of weakness, but it's not a must have for me either.

JediJ, I think that's an area thing. I rarely see figures with Clone Cash at retailers outside of Wal-Mart, but I have seen a few at Target.

Interesting.  I'm sure it's just X number of cases of that CW wave and whichever retailer got 'em.  Nice to hear that it's not just Target for those that don't have many bullseyes around.

What the hell happened in the Patriots game that I missed today?  59-0?  Wooot!?  And Philly lost to Oakland?  Man, what a crappy week to be away from the tube.  Tough break this week Dressel - a big showing with Moss, but you happen to go up against Brady?  Yuck.

WOW! The Vikes just squeaked by on that one.

Packers too - man, that was close!   ;)

That is the only wave I have seen them at, AND I have only seen them in that wave at Target stores. Might just be my area, but I haven't run into any of those figs with coupons at Walmart or TRU.
