I am really itching for all those Amidala figures from EP1.
I really want a re-release of the Battle Amidala, that would be pretty awesome if Hasbro, re-released that figure on the same EP1 card. Like Toy Biz, does for LOTR.

The Clone Wars, lasts 3 years, right after the Battle of Geonosis. And lot of bad things, go wrong. Here why don't we PM each other, and talk more about this, cause if we dont and just continue on normal conversations in the threads, we can get in major doo doo. You can also email me, too. « on: March 25, 2004, 12:39 AM »I visited my local TRU today, and on my way out, I noticed more than a dozen cases of...something piled up in a corner. The cases were from Hasbro, and had a 'Promotions' label. It's about the size of a basic Star Wars figure case.
I wonder if these are it.
You, know my TRU had the same exact thing too!! Lots of cases, I would say about 3 dozen or so cases, I asked the cash register female, and she told me that it was for some promotion that was coming up. And then I though! Uh huh!! So yea, I would say those are those lucky clones, in the boxes. April 4th is not so far away.
But it is a 4 year, anniversary for when Star Wars : Episode 1 : The Phantom Menace, was released on VHS! Wow. How excited I was to get the ugly video tape! With the free case, that came with it, if you pre-ordered it from TRU!

« on: March 24, 2004, 07:07 PM »I don't think I am (or ever will be) much of a fan of this character. It/he just doesn't feel very "Star Wars" to me - especially if this is going to be one of the primary Jedi killers. Looks more like the skeletal Terminator or Darktrooper. This type of scary looking robot has been done in many movies before, so it just doesn't seem very unique and interesting to be using in the Star Wars universe.
That monket crap with the lightsaber in his foot is a little over the top... How the hell does he walk, or move around when he fights? Does he just hop on one foot?!
And I assume he doesn't have the more appropriate (evil) red lightsabers 'cause he's not a Sith (yet)...?
You know, now that I think about it. And take a closer look at this character, I couldn't agree with you anymore. Since when did Lucas use, robots to be the main bad guy in his films. This is the last Saga film, and I feel he should of gave us, alot more better things then the other film, and this guy does not seem to be to better. It does seem to EU. I dont know I might be wrong, and just judging him before I actually see how he fights, and how evil he is. But as of now he does not impress me to much. Not to mention, Dooku did not either in the last film. I personally, like guys like Darth Maul, as the bad guy.
