I think both of those vehicles look sweet, but when did they ever have speeder bikes on Hoth or any other snow-covered planet? The bikes are white in color, so that leads me to believe that these are meant for the snow.
? ? ?

probarley,
and maybe Unkle George will ad speeders to the hoth scene
-
Just saw on the main page the AT-AT who's getting one? $99!
-
I desperately want to get one of these, but I don't have the money to do so. :'(
-
I'll be getting one as soon as they start popping up in stores around here. Great looking set.
-
I would love to get one. I will have to check out what the cost will be up here.
-
I don't collect Legos (man I wish they had these when I was a kid though) but I thought it looks awesome
-
I have all the regular Star Wars system sets and will most definitely be adding this one.

USA : 99 $
Belgium : 149 ˆ

Hey all,
I've had this set for about a week now, and this is no doubt one of the best Lego sets ever made. My only gripe about the set is that it is hard to connect the neck at first. It is very loose, and one wrong move will cause the head to fall off. My only other gripe about the set is that the sides of the face are very loose, and are easy to push off.
Other than that, this is a great set. Every SW Lego fan should buy one. You won't regret buying it.

Slave, do you have the AT-TE by chance? I own the AT-TE but haven't put it together yet. I only ask because I've heard many people say the AT-TE is the best LEGO set made yet (excluding the UCS series). I've heard many people complain about the AT-AT. Do you really think that AT-AT is all that great? I'm really debating about getting one of these because of the high price tag. I'm still shopping around for a low-priced Republic Gunship.
-
I don't have the AT-TE, but I am planning on getting it (If I can find one). I do think that the AT-AT is a good set, though I would use it more as a display piece instead of a playset.
-
Looks like the AT-AT has arrived. Reports are coming in that this sucker is $209.00. CDN. :o
Well, looks like I'll be waiting for a sale.
-
So has this set arrived in the States yet, or what? I still haven't seen it or heard of anyone finding it anywhere yet. What's up with it? Anyone know? ???
-
Yesterday I picked up the AT-AT at Target for $99.99 and the second sereis of Lego Minis (larger than the first set) for $6.99.
-
well damn binks...
how is it?
worth getting, is it stable?

I think that shop.lego.com is selling them for $149 CDN. I'm not sure though.
-
Thanks for the info Travis. I checked there site & they have it for $99.99 US so that would make it around $140.00 CDN. 8) Way better than that report for $209.00.

So far I have only put together the Mini sets. Not too bad.
I hope to get around to the AT-AT later this week.
I will post a review of it when I get it together.

Can't wait to see the pictures and read your review David! ;D

I finally managed to track down the Lego AT-AT last week for that outrageous clearance price of just $25 at Target. I've had a full priced one for a while (saved my receipt), but had been searching for a good month for a cheaper version to swap it with, so now I'm a happy fella! :)
What was aggravating, was that several local Targets still had them, but for full price, while the ones that didn't have any, had the reduced prices in their systems (which would make sense). But the last couple hold-out stores finally cleared 'em out last week, and I was lucky to find the very last one.
Oddly enough though, a few more AT-ATs showed up yesterday at a couple of those same Targets that had had the reduced prices, so I was going to pick one up for a friend - only to find they were all back at full price again! ??? Weird.
Haven't built this beauty yet, but hopefully I'll find some time in the next few weeks... Anyone else lucky enough to score the super clearance price?
Unfortunately, no clearance prices to be found on the UCS Star Destroyer or the Bespin playset, since Lego's being a total butthole and not issuing those to retail outlets. >:(
-
I picked up one of these a couple months ago for the full price of $99. Everytime I've gone to Target I check to see if they have any at the clearance price, and I haven't found one on sale yet. >:(
I haven't built mine yet (at least not until after we get a house), but I can't wait to put this bad boy together.

Picked 1 up yesterday & 1 extra today at the TRU sale, $99.97 CDN. Heck, a great saving of $50. off the regular price!

Yep, I snagged one as well. Got in on the $9.99 Mickey Mouse plush as well, so there's a Christmas gift gone too. :) Never had the luck with anyone finding me a $25 version, so this is as good as it will get I think. No shipping on this awkward box is a good thing.

$50 over at Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000096PYO/rebelscumcom/002-0343207-3075239) right now. Not a bad price on this great set. Get them while they're hot!
