My niece happened to be at Disneyland on the 17th but I didn't see the blurb in time to ask her to check. Ugh. Wound up buying one on eBay just to get it done with.

I just did too.  It'll probably cost less in a week, but the Rainbow droid pricing has me thinking I'll just pay the $30 and be done with it.

I pulled the trigger too.  No more waiting a week or two for this to lower in price on eBay or show up on the app.  That didn't work for the Pride Droid.

Got mine secured thankfully.  The pride droid I missed and so yeah, no waiting.

Word is that this is going to show up on the ShopDisney app, but I haven't seen a trace of it there.  I was tempted to go to one of the usual Disney re-sellers and just be done with getting this droid.

Figures that they put this on their web site after I blow too much money for one on eBay.  I've gotten gun shy lately about missing the Disney droids and just couldn't wait.

I'm glad they're making these available to all online and hopefully all their droids will be made available this way going forward.

Boredom before a preorder drop can be a bad thing!  I wound up ordering 2 x of the R6-W1CH droids before the drop.  Then Jeff posted that the Stormtroopers were available from Shop Disney as well, and bundling the orders could get you free shipping.

Ashley at Shop Disney customer service was very kind, and bundled my order for the droids with my troopers.  And based on what she told me during the call the orders are already being processed.
