The flashback was super cool. Clones are way more accurate than Stormtroopers that’s for sure. I thought the Naboo connection was probably not insignificant too.

I saw some of these on the pegs today at Target. 

Nice, Rob. I love those goofy guys. I am happy to have completed a MOC collection of those before prices went crazy. I’d still like to get some of the custom unreleased ones though. And I wish they’d release a proper Blu Ray of all those Ewoks episodes!

Finally got the new Gaming Greats Battle Droid from GameStop.

Preordered the new Clone Trooper Jesse figure from Walmart earlier today after a few hours of Checkout errors. 

Lots of Legends stuff hitting Clearance at Target right now, I picked up Classic Loki and He Who Remains for $12.49 each and She Hulk for $6.89. Def gets me off the fence for stuff I might have passed on otherwise.

Mostly loved it, from Emo Bo Katan to Sigmund &the Sea Monster Pirate Captain…

The only thing that struck me as contrived was the stuff with IG-11…dude, just buy a new droid. Especially after he woke up and immediately tried to kill Grogu. That should have put that idea to rest then and there.

I loved seeing the Purgills too…

Whew, this is definitely a low point in the history of the line. The price, character selection etc is super underwhelming. Not only am I not buying this at full price, I went back and canceled my preorder for the other Carbonized 2-pack too, because it’s just gotten too crazy.

No intentions of buying either of those at full price, gonna hold out for a steep discount. There almost nothing that’s worth buying at the retail price anymore, except for maybe some exclusives.

It occurred to me today that this is exactly the same kind of crap they pulled at the end of the Clone Wars line, lazy repaints, repacks, halfassed inaccurate designs, etc. Not saying the writing is on the wall for the Black Series, but they’re sure treating it that way.

I got a shipping notice from EE too, for both Mara Jade and Dr Aphra, estimated arrival is 3/2.
