Hello all, I would like to once again thank everyone for their support of our humble home on the web, JediDefender.com. It is great to be a leader in one of the best communities online and without you, none of this would be possible.

I am posting this today to explain that we, as a staff have decided that our readers and members deserve more give aways at the site, and that is what we are going to do. Our new line up of contests will require some effort on your part though, to make them more fun and interesting.

I am asking you what type of contests you would like to see, would you be interested in trivia contests, site scavenger hunts, writing contests? You tell me. We are asking for your help and input to influence our decisions, so now is your chance to let us know! This also is a good time to express any feedback you have for the staff and/or JediDefender as a whole. I appreciate your time, thanks for everything!

I think the contest should correspond with the prize.

For instance, a TRU Bounty Hunter set would be appropriate for a site scavenger hunt. An art contest would be great if you were giving away a McQuarrie Stormtrooper. Win the writing contest, get a collection of Star Wars books or comics.

You get the idea.  ;)

Maybe a contest for the best Episode 3 plot/story.  We keep hearing from certain fans how badly Lucas tells his own story.  So, we should see who can do better.  If they can at all :)  

Maybe give the top three various prizes.  I don't know what you guys got for prizes though.

How about a custom contest?

This web community is filled with talented artists...It would be fun! I held one at JPToys.com but it got canceled due to lack of intrest amoung fans.
