This is a really great battle pack. I'm glad to see that Hasbro has started to embrace putting some new figures into the packs instead of just re-releases and repaints.

I think they might be typos on the little signs - the SDCC presentation which is just a PPT file and can easily be changed, has the B-Wing on shelf 10/1 and the A-Wing on shelf 11/1.

So which is it? I guess tonight we'll find out for sure. If the B-Wing is there then we know the PPT is wrong and the little signs are right, if not, then I guess the PPT is.

I'm surprised we haven't heard anything about this set yet. What gives?

I was totally surprised to see that they gave Obi-Wan ball-joint hips like Commander Gree - that was a nice touch.

I'm going to open the other four from this wave now - I can't wait to put together the R7!

So tomorrow night at TRU Midnight Madness, I'm primarily going to focus on getting BD01 - BD04 and CW05 - CW08 1st Day Issue Variants. The extra regular versions I got of each of those I'll be returning once I replace them in my MOC collection with those eight 1st day issue variants. Just to have two of each army builder from Wave 2, I'll also try to snag one more Quarren. So nine figures in total.

I'm also hoping to score 2 Holo Grievous figures so I can be done with that exclusive and if they have the Dagger B-Wing, I'll grab at least two of them, if they don't, I'll focus on getting the rest of the Evolutions sets I need. If they have the B-Wings, I'll really just be looking to get one of the Rebel Pilots #1 Evo sets and then plan on picking up more pilot sets at a later date.

I'm glad I can go into TRU tomorrow night focused on a few select items as opposed to having to try and scramble to get everything.

I scored one of each of the battle packs (Hoth Speeder Patrol, Recon Patrol on Hoth & Clone Wars: Speeder Bike Team Recon) yesterday. So yes, the first wave of battle packs will be out on 7/26.
