The Jump Jet Droid head is the Sheild Arm of one of those SD Gundam mini figs and the Jet-Pack is from a Sigma6 Air BAT The 2" Figs

These Clone pilots patrolled the space above Coruscant durring the Clone Wars. Their job was to stop and board suspicious Space craft and neutralize hostiles if need be. They were among the first to ingage the CIS fleet durring the attack on Coruscant. They flew slightly modified versions of the same Star Fighter used by the Jedi.
