For some reason i couldn't stop looking at it.
It was just a really cool picture and one that showed something you didn't see in that battle.

Why didn't Lucas focus in on anything GOOD like this?
We saw Rebels getting offed and some helping others... Why not this? Dude needs some lessons on the minor things that brought out the old films more, because that is a cool photo.

One thing I usually say about the prequels to other people is that they don't have the humanity of the OT. It seems I'm not alone in that sentiment.

I agree, this picture tells the story of the Battle of Geonosis nicely. I mean we do get a shot of a lot of Jedi down from overhead, but you kind of get the feeling they;re more unconscious than dead. This pic hits it home, that even the Jedi are vulnerable.
On a bit of a humorous side, I'm having a hard time figuring out what the fallen Jedi is. The face resembles that of a little boy, but the body is looks more womanish. Who is this fallen Jedi?

It looks to be an older padawan.. maybe it is one of Eeth Koth's.
It shows a great moment in the battle that we missed.

The one thing that keeps me distant from the PT, besides the lack of plot is the lack of "Humanity". I mean even the Ewoks mourn their own during battle. I think if the above scene were focused on a bit more, it might even build a little more into the aura of the Clones being bred to fightl and not care.
-
Well thats it , i'm guessing only ewoks mourn their dead in SW

This picture is really awsome! Lucas needs to show us more things like this!!

Even if a Director's Cut or something re-worked scenes like this into the Prequels, there's no way he could re-shoot the entire movie so that Anakin/Padme have any real chemistry.
Lost cause, boys.
It is a cool photo though.
