Found the last 3 figures from Legacy wave 1 I need at the Zellers that let me down on saterday. I called before I went and they said they had just finished putting up the end cape at noon. They only had Legacy wave 1, 1 spider droid(which was odd to see) a bunch of lightsabers, a lot of Fett evo sets(have a feeling these will peg..btw all had the logo)2 sith evos and 2 padme evos.

I left with Luke,Han, and chewy. I wanted the padme set but since money is tight I will wait till the other 2 pilot sets come out first as those are still on my most wanted list.

Well I got the Falcon and I WANT the AT-TE but I think I will pass for now anyways. There are so many new figures and such comnig out that I would rather spend the money on plus this whole leg problem with the TE has me worried. Last thing I want is walking into my little SW room only to see my clones crushed under the belly of that beast. It looks cool but the Falcon beat it to my collection.

In all Hasbro Canada completly forgot about us. I went to a bunch of stores and only two places had new stuff. Although one of those stores only had 1 box of Legacy wave 1 out...the only Legacy figures I have seen. TRU was good with all the vehicles and had a ton of product but again no Legacy, Gh or anything else I listed above. However they did have a lot of Fett and Rebel v1 evo sets out. From the looks of it they must have gotten solid case packs of it because I got there at opening and there were no other evo sets to be seen. Rumor has it that the holo grevious will be maming its way up to canada in august..but then again this huge release date was supposed to happen this weekend and it never came.

I wasnt planning on buying them all right away but the lack of Legacy figures anywhere in my area basically made me choose between repacked legends figures or new clone wars. I ended up buying all but the Rex figure (which I will eventually buy) and I am glad I did. The BD impressed me the most as I did not expect it to be such a good figure. Lack of knee joints sucks but it is still really cool and besides the head it fits in with the realistic figs fairly well. I might pick up another. Yoda doesnt look so bad in person and the clones are great. The only downer in the wave was the one I was looking forward to the most..grevious. I thought he would have more articulation but he does not. Still good for what he is though. I cant wait for wave 2 now or my mail away Rex...unless of course Hasbro forgets to ship them to Canada. As great as these figures are my main focus is still realistic though :)

I was completly pissed off with Hasbro Canada yesterday.
I went to 4WM, 2 superstores, 2 zellers and 2 TRU. Only 1 TRU had anything while 1 of the zellers had 1 box of Legacy one out. Best part was that was the only case of Legacy figures between both stores. TRU only got the vehicles, evo boba/rebelpilot1, clone wars wave 1, and saga legends. I am happy with what I was able to find dont get me wrong BUT for such a big day that Hasbro was promoting they did jack s**t for us Canucks.

So far out of all the early finds in my area not a single pilot set has been found. This is getting me pretty worried considering the pilot evo sets are my most wanted item for tommorow. :-\

I actually have mixed feeling on this set the more I look at it. The sarlaac looks cool. But I think it would have been better if it had posable tentacles. It also looks removable based on the gap between the sarlaac and the Dune. The skiff is cool but I have all those figures but the Luke. Being a Target exclusive my chances on this thing are slim but if I do get it im sure using a cardboard box drenching it in glue and dumping it in sand will help make the Skiff stand higher and look better. Ill wait till I see one in person for final judgment. I am happy hasbro is attempting to make playsets without action features though. Makes me wonder what this Alpha base that keeps popping up in rumor lists will look like.

Well Hasbro was able to throw in 3 of the figures I wanted but despite what I said before I will be passing. I figure I can wait till a new Obi comes out and the 3po and R2 I am getting from the Disney StarTours exclusive BP anyways when my sister goes to Disney World next month. So $20 for a Obi that will be upgraded and some accesories is not worth it. Nice set but it doesnt interest me anymore.
