I'm glad I waited to order, now I can order two. The new image is much improved, but I would still liked to have seen the newer helemt repainted. That shouldn't have been too hard. ::)

Yeah I saw the report from the clerk at the convention.

I don't believe if for a second though

Based on my experience, I don't think it's to unreasonable to belive that what the clerks said is true. I mean, I don't know for 100% certain, but I do know that when maquette scuplts were made for the characters of the animated TV series I was working on, the models that were sent to our show's creators to approve were the only existing reference models according to the manufacturer.

More importantly, as long as we keep buying the 3 3/4" line it should be around. ;)

To be honest, I wouldn't mind seeing them upgrade some of the figures from the POTF2 range as well.  Sculpting has really improve quite a bit in some cases compared to the figures from those lines.

We'll have to start a wish list of those guys too... ;D

These sets just keep getting better every time I turn around. You know, Hasbro get s a lot of guff from us, but I think this is one of those instances where they deserve a huge round of applause because these sets just rock!

I guess no one asked Hasbro if we're ever going to get one released domestically, huh? :P

I don't think I have room for any more any ships. :P

However, everyone seems to be forgetting that we're getting a properly scaled MF from Attkus this year. Well, at least half of it.

Saga Collection '06 / Re: The Future of Star Wars Collecting

My big fear or question is whether or not the retailers can pull it togeather. The theamed waves are great and I fully suport them. However, when we have lulls like we're experincing now, one would hope thaat retail can keep new product on the shelves as it's released.

Other Collectibles / Re: Star Wars "Choppers"?
« on: July 20, 2005, 10:45 AM »
I'm not sure, but I don't think these are for figures.  I think that they just might be nice little chopper replicas with SW paint jobs.  I think.  I hope...

That would make sense, like a SW Hot wheels car.

I tell ya, I started a similar thread over at that "other" site, and most of those guys are as dumb as bricks. They just don't get it. People are complining that the choces are terrible and creating their own wish lists with PT figure. Someone needs to teach the yonger generation how to read and comprehend.  :P
