The price is not bad, 3,129 yen is about $32. US so thst would be what... $99. on eBay.  ::)

Is it safe to assume these are the 100% size and not the 75% size that the Pepsi keychains were?

Looks like these are starting to show up 'in-hand' on ebay.  Hopefully HLJ and others will be getting these soon as well.
