I wish Hasbro would have taken a few shots with figures on the skiff though, just for a better idea of scale. Either way, it certainly looks larger than the POTF2 version.

Amazon is super hit-or-miss is what happened.  They don't have a great handle on what they'll get it and they take too many pre-orders.

Odds are they'll eventually have it as a regular in-stock item.

My Amazon order got cancelled as well. I have two on pre-order with Hasbro Pulse as well, so now I just need to decide if I want more than one to open, which is why I had the Amazon order.

Maybe I will order one from EE...

I have been watching this thing on Amazon and remain undecided if I need it. I don't really display vehicles, but this thing is nearly a diorama piece with the stand and all the room for figures. Plus I have that Target Sarlacc Pit kicking around here somewhere to go with it...

I was so desperate to have a Skiff back in 1983, and it was the last toy I picked up from the line in 85, so I have this heavy nostalgia for it pressing down on me, too.

When it started shipping and I saw all these great pics it was too much for me. At the time Amazon said it would be "in stock" on August 1st, so I figured I would mull it over til then. Since then it has been bouncing around to available on different days, sometimes sooner, sometimes later. It is hovering at available on August 8th today. I guess this means people are buying them up as fast as Amazon can order them.

I might need to bite the bullet on this soon, I'm getting the feeling it's not gonna be around come Christmastime for my kids to give it to me as a gift. FOMO collector anxiety!

I don't mean to peer pressure you but, you've already hit the nail on the head. It's a perfect diorama piece and the price feels more than reasonable.

The one thing that is holding me back is the fact that when I got the Tank last year, I never got it out of the box. It is still in there. That's not my thing at all. But it's because it is a vehicle, and I focus on the figures and displays.

I gotta get one soon, and then I gotta get the skiff guard 3-pack too...

Amazon says I can have this by Wednesday... so I ordered one and canceled the Pulse order.  I hope that wasn't a mistake. 

EDIT:  Apparently it's arriving tomorrow.  Weird that Hasbro Pulse is getting these so much later than Amazon.

I'm patiently waiting to see if your arrives before I frantically cancel my Pulse order and reorder from Amazon.

For whatever it's worth I cancelled my Pulse order on 7/26 and ordered from Amazon. It arrived this morning
