Are we allowed to talk about this already or do we need to give it a few days?

We are 24 hours past the episode, so go for it.

I paid $500 for the Sail Barge and didn't complain when that got exploded at the end of ROTJ, so I'm fine with my $375 investment in the Razor Crest.  No matter what happens on the show, it'll still make a damn fine centerpiece for my TVC Mandalorian figures. :)

I have to admit I lold when it happened and said to Diane “well...  ****.  I just spent $350 on this from Hasbro” and she turned looking at me with her mouth open and a distinctly pissed off scowl.

Probably should’ve left out the price tag.🤔

Anyone done the math? How much MORE screen time for Razor Crest than the barge?

Anyone done the math?

Hasbro did some math- from the Haslab description:

"It already has more Star Wars screen time than any ship besides the Millennium Falcon and was the centerpiece of some of the most memorable scenes in the series."

I think during the Barge campaign someone figured out that the Barge was onscreen for like 7 minutes.

Ouch.

I’m not a backer but I do feel like I would be pretty disappointed that the thing got toasted so unceremoniously. So far it looks like the Ghost, Slave 1, and the Falcon were the only major ships that made it though their timelines intact.

I’d love a Ghost one day too fwiw.  ;D

I backed three Razor Crests - and to be honest, I'm not upset about it in the least.

I had planned on keep one MIMB (with all of the carded figures still inside).

The 2nd one will get opened and the carded figures inside will stay carded.

The 3rd one was going to get opened so I could open the carded figures and I had planned on selling just the vehicle (and maybe the soft goods Mando) to anyone who was interested in just the ship.

But if no one is interested in it, I'll either create a diorama of it being scavenged by the Jawas (apparently a regular TVC Offworld Jawa is coming too) or I'll just keep it in the box off to the side for a day down the line when there will be a collector who wants it regardless of it being blown up.

I'm with Pete. Not worked up at all. It lasted over a season and a half. Was very front and center important. And count me in the camp that can see this season ending with him acquiring a new razor crest.

I still have and cherish my Kenner Death Star playset and that thing got blown up twice!
This is the way.

Whatever happened to the Sail Barge in ROTJ after Luke and his buddies left?

Jawas scavenged whatever bits of it they could salvage that weren't blown to bits?

Favreau trolling the backers. Hahaha. Wait, I bought... Damn you, Favreau!

 ;)

No worries on my end. It's a cool ship regardless.

There are some absolute babies whining about this over at the 'scum. Every once in a while I click on a post notification from there and it reminds me why I never go there. All in all, the same "fans" who have been flooding my Tapatalk notifications with complaints that they can't find Luke's X-wing on deep discount for the past almost year. I ******* hate Star Wars fans (you guys are cool though).

100%.  It's obnoxious.  I get that a lot of the collectors over there are 25 year olds without a lot of money, no sense of the full history of collecting this line, and they don't like the prices or the difficulties in finding product etc... but the whining is ******* exhausting.

Yeah, the Falcon is expensive.  But guess what, you could get it on sale a few weeks ago for $300, which is the EXACT SAME PRICE it was the last time it was released.

Giant toys cost more now, smaller toys cost more now.  All toys cost more now.  It's not all "cash grab" or gouging.

When I saw that happen, all I could think of is Ben Kenobi when he felt Alderaan's destruction: "I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions thousands of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced. I fear something terrible has happened."

Has anyone received any formal updates on this from Hasbro/HasLab?  With Jabba's Barge we had 6 updates emailed to us (plus the making of book) sent before the final toy was released.

I was looking on the other HasLab project pages and they don't seem to have updates posted for them either.  Cybertron must be awfully close to shipping if he hasn't shipped already.

Maybe HasLab isn't doing updates anymore and only did it for the Barge.
