Yeah mines not going to be set up and displayed.  It’s just gonna be there haha.  I’m kinda more interested in all the accessories and whatnot.

Big Bad Toy Store has the Razor Crest in stock.

I'd complain about the price, but it's probably better than ebay.
This is the way.

Ooofff. I'll have to wait a few days on that one to see if it is really worth it to me... but I might end up pulling the trigger on it, I've seen eBay at $1,000+.

EDIT: Eh eBay prices have dropped a bit now that it is out. There are a lot currently around $550 but most seem sell around the $800 range.

It seems like a significant number of people bought more than one with the intent to flip one or more.  They saw what happened with the Sail Barge and wanted to sell one for double what they paid so they could get one for free. There might be some panic selling since the market might be flooded.

I was tempted by the BBTS listing.  With them you know what you’re going to get.  But I’d be doing the same thing - buying it as an investment.  And I think it’s probably not a wise idea for me right now.

I don't know what the production numbers are on  general release stuff, but 30k Razor Crests feels like quite a few to me.  This will be interesting to see how the price moves around over time.   I've considered buying a spare of future releases to resell, but I won't be sad at all if the value on these drops back down to $350ish and more people can get them.

What Nick said… I think flipping fever overtook people and many bought more than one to flip based on the Barge.  I don’t think it’s a bad idea yet at all, but I also don’t think it’s gonna rebound super fast.  The Barge was unique being the first in the experiment.

I think, as time rolls on, it’ll steadily accrue value as people get into the hobby that weren’t there.  It’s just not gonna skyrocket.

Give it two years.  They’ll be $1,500.

I would agree.  Only going to go up in price.  There were a finite amount of these made and there won't be a re-release.  I'm sure the figure pack ins will be worth a decent amount as well.

I bought two Razor Crests, but the second was really for my son, when he's a couple of years older. He really likes the 3.75" figures, probably because that's what I collect. He has a couple of Black Series figures, but he keeps going back to the classic scale, because they fit in ships. I actually gave him my older Slave-1, the version that came out several years ago on Amazon. He ******* loves it.
