I wasn't going to Walmarts because of Covid, but I did stop at a few on my way to and from our place in Wisconsin last weekend and I didn't see any evidence that Walmart has any Star Wars toys whatsoever.  Zilch.

The closest WM to my ex-wife in NC carries zero Star Wars either. And it's the only one within 40 miles.

Walmart doesn't even have peg stickers for the retro line. All I see are lightsabers, skiffs and jabba palaces. The rest of the pegs are always empty. Walmart employees are idiots. I hate the nazi greeter that only lets x number of people in like it's a privilage to shop there.

The last few WM trips I've taken, they have maybe 1-2 Black Series (never where they're supposed to be) and a smattering of lightsaber play stuff.  I don't get it.

The funny thing is, it IS a privilege to shop there.  They're no obligation to let you in if you pose a risk to their employees.  People taking issue with the masks and social distancing would hate it where I live, every single establishment i can think of that's open flat out requires one or you don't enter, and there are occupancy limits to prevent crowds.

The best part is, no one makes a stink about it, because it's a minor inconvenience for the common good.

I like ya man, but seriously, they’re toys and you’re calling people doing their jobs idiots and Nazis.  We’ve had the counters and lines, and I’ve not seen retro figures in a store either, and it’s just not that big a deal, because they’re just toys and people doing their job deserve a little better than that.
