I am just happy to get more droids.

Not any more. I am going to want to put together a set of 10 of the Dark Trooper!!!!
I have been told to go to hell; well at least I will know everyone there!

Great value if they are $9.96 - something tells me that won't be the case.

The best part is that the Darktrooper looks to have knee and elbow articulation!

I'll have to get one of each set just to build it.
This is the way.

So is the Darktrooper all alone then?  I was outta the loop this weekend for the most part - trying to play catch up.  Were there any packaged shots, and who's the BAD - or is there one?

Some nice sets in this wave. Looking forward to the Darktrooper. Of course I'll have to buy one of each of them now. So long as Wal*Mart sticks to the $10-11 price range, it's all good.

I can see these at $12-$13. The odds are in favor of a price increase over last year. I hope I am wrong.

I am very excited about these sets. The only real stinker figure is the Grevious. At least he has a new soft goods cape and extra sabers which nullifies his sheer crappiness.

Anakin/Cortosis Battle Droid
Grievous/CB-3D
Maul/I-5YQ
Boba/BL-17
Corran Horn/Whistler

Darktrooper

Thanks Jayson, much appreciated links.

Man I want that Darktrooper x 10.  This sorta sucks, but is cool at the same time.

I like all the figures but Grievous.  If he were big GG, I'd be happy with him too, but he's definitely the stinker, especially considering his droid is uninteresting too.

I'm wondering where all these droids come from in EU now...  Like what exactly a Cortosis SBD is.

I'm thinking I'll take that cape off this Grievous and put it on the new Grievous from wave 4.  :) Then put the DF one in the Ziploc-bag-of-figures I've been meaning to take to Goodwill for some time.

I was thinking the same thing.

I'm thinking that cape is going to look too short.

That's what I was thinking...  Looked kind of short on a figure who is already short...  I was pondering how to sew up my own cape for the new GG, so I'm probably sticking with that plan for now.

The BAD with this set is both awesome and depressing.  I'd love to army build this figure.  Hasbro could sucker me into buying this thing in droves if it were a single-carded figure.  :(

I agree. Hasbro must have learned a lessen from the BAD selected for the previous sets. I don't think C-3PX really drove sales  considering the overstock/clearance Walmarts had/have. I think the Darktrooper was chosen, in part, to remedy that.
