Baylan came out amazingly well.

Finally got my Shin and Baylan yesterday and today Amazon shipped my VC353 Mandalorian Super Commando.

Kinda funny that Obi-Wan and Yord were the first two pre-orders from this wave back in Oct-24 but the other 4 that were pre-ordered in Jan-25 all got shipped before them.

Got that notification as well.  And it leaves me wondering if this will be the final figure from The Acolyte that we might see in TVC?

I'm also wondering if this Obi-Wan Kenobi is a sign of things to come.  It's largely based on the VC290 Obi-Wan Kenobi (Showdown) figure, but now with the more PT accurate lower body / boots.  Is Hasbro going to start cranking out some PT Obi-Wan figures (and other Jedi) based on this new Jedi buck?

I’d expect them to get around to making The Stranger at some point, but I have a hard time imagining them doing more beyond that.

I would also like a Jecki figure.  Such a cool look and I really liked the character.

I also received a notice fromAmazon I saved a whopping $0.02 on my Yord figures for a total savings of $0.04.  Take that tariffs!

I was hoping for Kelnacca, personally.  The TBS figure gave me some hope, but I just don't know if LFL and Disney want to urge Hasbro in that direction.

Yeah, the only ones from the Acolyte I can see (I'm sure there might be more) worth doing are Jecki, The Stranger, Kelnacca, Torbin, and Vernestra.

But it's strange that we more figure from this show than Andor or Obi-Wan (or even Rise of Skywalker).

I enjoyed Acolyte more than most despite it's many many flaws. I think we'll get a Stranger but otherwise can't imagine them making anything else. Nor do I think they should despite me wishing they would.

Outside of full case Black Series Vader and Mando, the figs not selling and peg warming: BS Venestra, Kelnacca and Bazil and TVC Sol and Indara.

People won't even add then generically to their Jedi shelf.

Just got Obi-Wan and the Super Commandos, so I guess I'm done with this wave.  Both of them are perfectly well done, but bland additions to the line.  Obi-Wan's lightsaber seems a hair short maybe?

My case from EE arrived yesterday and finished off the rest of the wave for me.

Baylan is the star of the wave. I wasn't totally convinced of his likeness from some of the early photos, but in person, he looks much better. They did a much better job of capturing his height & likeness than the TBS version. The blue highlights on the armor look great. Baylan seems to have gotten most of the deco budget in the wave. Aside from the lack of a cloak, my only gripe is very minor and is ironically similar to what Rob said about Obi-Wan: his lightsaber blade feels a bit short. It is longer than some of the other sabers I had handy, but doesn't quite feel like it is the extra-long blade that we used. Overall, he is a fantastic figure. I love the cardback too.

The Mandalorian is obviously a good figure. I wasn't convinced we needed this one, but he looks good with the others and is different enough, so it is fine for a repaint.

Obi-Wan is almost a great figure... but like Shin, he is just missing the weathering paint application. The new boots and skirt piece look great with the rest of the parts that were reused from VC290 and give us a really nice Prequel era Jedi-buck that I hope they reuse in the future to crank out a few other background Jedi we haven't seen before. (Just like Nick was mentioning.) Also, I checked his saber after Rob's comment, it does indeed come up a bit short when compared to others...  :-X

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I like Yord. The likeness is fantastic, the body sculpt is great. He could use a tiny bit of weathering but it is not super noticeable. He'll make a great addition to a Jedi shelf.
