Wrong post for boobies my friends, not that I'm complaining.  Back OT:

I picked up the "Rise of Serpentor" DVD..."

No justifiable space for it, but a second AT-TE I would force somewhere.

I asked as well and am being told I'll get something "worth equal value"...  ::)

Wow, that may actually be cooler.  Maybe they'll ship you a few exclusive gunships.   ;D

I remain unimpressed.   ;)

As you will.  G1 ended quite awhile ago my friend.  Its been a new boat every few years or so.

Hey, I have way more "new" stuff than G1 stuff.  ;D I'm just not very impressed with any of the combiners outside of the original Devastator.

I got in the mail yesterday Walmart's big toy book.  On the first page was the Star Wars toys including the AT-TE, being played with by a little kid.  The center legs, in the catalog were not attached!  They couldn't even keep the legs on for the photo shoot!  Anyone else see this and can post a picture of it?

I did not see the ad, but I did ask Hasbro for a replacement set of middle legs and got them in about a month at no cost.   ;)

TF2 Devastator toy details?

Sounds kinda lame if true, but I didn't think Hasbro would have 9 fully transformable combiner figures for $49.99.  Oh well..

Energon Prime was actually pretty cool - once combined with Wing Saber

I remain unimpressed.   ;)

I'd like to get Starfire and maybe Hawkman.  Anyone interested in going halvsies on the Atom Strange half of the AS/Starfire two pack?

Finally after some time off the air, a new episode. Well that one left a few questions? I still have not figured out Riley. Cromartie letting Ellison live to lead him to John... dunno. Weaver, I have no idea what she was up to. Letting the 4th guy live in the bowling alley, yeah big mistake.

Don't be spoilerific - some of us don't watch until later in the week.  ;)

No plans for any changes to the products at this time-- the production delays are pretty much just simple production delays, due to a variety of reasons I can't go in to, the item will be shipped a smidge later.  Hopefully by then everybody will already have their Cade/Talon and Ganner/Antares sets...

I think most will have their Cade/Talon and Ganner/Antares sets with 6 months of dust on them... :-\

Phruby, I can't believe how many books you plow through.  Sheesh, you are a reading machine!

I have about two hours each night to read. My wife is even faster. She brings home a stack each week from the library that she mows thru. I just typically have the one for the week. I think "all the kings men" will take about 2-3 weeks. It's a long book.

No kids I take it?   :-X

I'm just starting Legacy: Inferno...Sacrifice was the best of the series so far IMO

I was checking our Targets for Wave 4 this weekend (pretty much caught up with SW at the moment), but didn't see anything from this wave at all.  I did see 1 Sinestro, and 3-4 Green Lanterns between a couple stores, but that was about it.  This line continues to be pretty scarce overall around here.  Part of me wishes I would have kept my preorder for a case of these, but I just can't afford to do that with every wave - and I don't necessarily need every single figure.  I'd like to get WW, Cyborg, and Batman Beyond if possible - but if nothing else I'd at least like to pick up Wonder Woman so I continue completing a nice JLA set up.

I've seen all of the GL wave so far, but they haven't hung around for long.  Wonder Woman has been going for under $15 if you're worried about getting her at retail.

It shows the huge amount of interest in this item.

???  I was referring to Anton posting that the item was ridiculous then the very next post is his shipping notice.   ;)

It does take time to actually sculpt the new figures, cast them and get them ready for production. This is a case of Hasbro taking preorders on something they havn't actually created yet. Pretty much the same as an early bird set but without the stickers, display or box. I never preorder anything where I'm charged before shipment. That's just giving the company interest on your money.

Does anyone have a realistic timeline on this?  Seems to me that there were outlines of the figures ages ago, which maybe were something other than what we eventually saw.  But we saw the figures themselves in what, August/September?  That means prototypes were already complete or nearly so.  Not sure that I buy that the usual timeline on figures is 8 months to cast and put into production.

You get the feeling these figures where created about two hours before being put on display at comic-con?

I'd guess there are some dleays due to production needs for all of the stuff that's coming out over the holidays, but April sure does seem like a long way off.   :(
