They may have intended for him to be a jaguar initially, but he behaves like a dog.  If it walks like a dog, growls like a dog, and attacks like a dog, its a dog.  Or at least a puppy.   ;D

The season got off to a slow start, but the last 3 weeks WOW! Everything came together with Mr.P and his goon squad.

Agree that Nathan, Parkman, and Hiro's storyline's are all a little boring.  I thought the start of the season was a little slow, but last few episodes have had great cliffhangers and seem to be moving plot along much faster.  Just hope they can keep up the pace for the rest of the season.

Does anyone else like Sylar as a good guy?  Kind of reminds me of wolverine - a little savage and walks the line of good guy/bad guy, but struggling to be good.  I think he's the most developed character this year.

...and manufacturers don't usually see the need to pass the savings back to the consumer.

Well with the state of the economy, they BETTER start passing on the savings or people will be even less inclined to buy their products.

I bought this set from HTS. They have it for $19.99. (It's out of stock right now) On top of that I used the code MDCREW and got about 20% off my order. It ended up costing me $15.99 before tax/shipping. Although my order was large, so the savings actually wiped out the tax and shipping AND I save an additional $10 off retail!

Okay, I'm no math expert, but how do you figure you saved an additional $10 off retail?  It dropped to $16 using your code versus just below $22 at retail - that's not even $6 in savings and you still had to pay tax.  Did you check shipping price pre and post adding this to your basket?  I believe HTS prices shipping based on your dollar total (or maybe I'm thinking of EE), so I'd bet you still had an upcharge of some kind.  It's still a better price than retail I'm sure.

I know it hasn't quite been a full week, but I thought I'd post this link to more CRAZY rumors!   :D

Meanwhile, a guy who knows a guy has a buttload of spoilers

That was the worst set of information you could expect from Transformers, because some of those charecters are my favorite, and changing them like this just makes me sick.

Are you talking about a Puppy or a Plane?  I'm not very happy with the Puppy.

SuperHeroHype has news that Robert Downey Jr. and Jon Favreau are both officially signed on for not only Iron Man 2, but also the Avengers.  Also, Don Cheadle is confirmed/signed as the replacement for Terrence Howard as Rhodey in IM2, and also any future IM installments and/or the Avengers.  More at the linky.

Awesome.  The Downey/Favreau Duo all but ensures this movie will rock!

We've gotten snow and sleet the last couple days.  It's cold here now...  Winter's definitely on the way.  It's gonna bump back up into the 60's by Friday or Saturday I hear though, so that's just gonna be hell on the joints.

Okay there, Old Man River.  Its been dark and cloudy around MN lately...I don't mind the cold so much, but the gray skies have me feeling blah of late.

That's pretty funny.  I wonder how much of this will show up?  I like some of the plot detail in this latest report...will have to see how it actually plays out.

Could care less about the Grievous, but the Vwing with Pilot looks nicer than the plane Vwing.  Not sure if I'll get this or not...

So I have an 11pt lead going into tonight and Dresser has Dallas Clark, who has yet to score a TD this season.  Should be an easy win, eh?   ::)  Oh well, Clark's two TDs were needed for me to win in my other league, so I won't complain (too much).   ;D

That was gold

Isn't it?  I'm still cracking up and this is like the 10th time I've read it. Way to go Tracy!

...I caved and bought the white dome last week before my coupon expired.  Hard for me to resist any $10 off coupon.  Anyone else noticing the variant or am I just seeing things?

White dome versus what?  I can't believe you caved on this...well okay, I can believe you caved on it, but I'm still not willing to buy it unless it gets down to the $25 range.

The Legacy Collection / Re: Legacy Collection Comic Packs

I opened up the other Mandalorian set yesterday, the one with the purple Dengar. Nice Mandalorian, but the purple Dengar is just ridiculous. I always enjoy the comics though.

I kind of like the purple Dengar.  The Marvel figures are neon-bright, but I kind of like that versus the more subdued colors we normally get.

I'm in again -- I've really enjoyed it the past few years.  It's been just as much fun to give as it has to receive.  :)  I've even had the pleasesure of being on both the giving and receiving end of our Canadian friends. ;)
