To me, that fourth spot should be Green Lantern. Cyborg would be like putting Machine Man as the fourth Avenger. Sure to comic nerds he’s beloved,  but he’s just not a heavy hitter like the others.

EA has been less than coy that there wil” be “holiday” pricing on this before year’s end. Buyer beware.

The Legacy Collection / Re: The Big Vehicles - Did You Buy Them?

I scored an almost complete legacy AT-AT for $28! It is missing the cheek missles, and the Speeder bike. It has the “strut” things on the legs. This thing is an awesome, impressive toy.

I got it at a consignment shop where the store gets 50% which means the guy who sold it only got $14 for it!  I may now sell my misb one I have been keeping for my son.

Dammit.  Who trained Rick's people, the Empire?

Not super hard to find but not exactly common either. There have been several ships I have never seen at retail (especially in the 2 packs) but I did see this one. That rebels A-Wing is A huge pegwarmer though as it was in the initial floor shippers when the R1 mercy hit last year.

I found Heroes of Mandalore 1&2  underwhelming, but then...Mando culture doesn't interest me.  They don't have the budget to show the Clone Wars version of the planet...so wastelands.
I agree completely.  I think that the way they have portrayed the Mandalore culture (in SW:CW and SW:R) sucks.  It is dull and takes away from the mystique of the Fett characters.

I also loathe how nimble they are when using their jet packs.  The movies did not portray Jango or Boba flying like Superman.

There is far richer soil to dig in by fleshing out the Rogue One era Rebellion than this junk.  Glad its over and I hope that's the end of Mandalore.

I got it.  I think someone reached into my brain and pulled out the file for "Greatest Video Games Ever" and then made this thing.  So awesome.  Cords are still too short though.

The Last Jedi / Re: TLJ Force Link = CommTech 2.0?

I'm only surprised it took them this long to revisit this concept. From  Skylanders to Amibo etc, this tech is smaller and cheaper than it was. Kids will love this.

I really liked Homecoming.  I think it was the best portrayal of Parker to date.

Is the whole Stark-automatic-driving-vehicles going to be a plot thing sometime?  In CA:CW, they make a point to show that Stark's chopper was pilot-less. They also did this with the driverless limo and pilotless plane.

Phillip Wise finally gets revenge for that picture JediMAC and Chris Berry took with him. It was a slow burn revenge, for sure.
Old School.  Well done.

OMG!!!!!

That looks amazing.  And it also bears an uncanny resemblance to the German MG that it's based upon.

On a related note, there seems to be a thing now about cosplay weapons at conventions following an incident at the Phoenix Comic Con.  Because of that security got real at this particular con, complete with law enforcement getting involved.  It was all thanks to some deranged guy who was convinced that he was the Punisher, and was going for an unhealthy degree of authenticity with his cosplay.  Right down to having as many as 4 loaded guns on him, and making threats to take out what he regarded as bad cops.  WTF?!?!?!?

Honestly, I'm surprised it took this long for this to happen.  I've always thought that some kook would go nuts at one of these things getting too far into "character."

That "yellowed" box is a nice touch.

Finally got around to seeing Wonder Woman last night. I thought it was good, not great, but probably in the top 3rd of superhero flicks. And much, MUCH better than the other Snyder garbage. The refreshing thing was the colors they added in at the beginning, and in WW's suit. Too bad they couldn't keep that in and had to keep with the Snyder "everything is dark and dreary" junk.

Agreed.  I think that if this movie carried a Marvel banner at the beginning, people would be calling it middle-of-the-road.  Definitely not worthy of the orgasms the ladies behind us in the theater were having when the credits rolled.

Slowly but surely chipping away at this.  I need Luke, Obi-Wan, Leia, Threepio and Chewie.

I can see the dust bunnies already forming an orderly line waiting for these to hit the pegs...
HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!!
