« on: April 26, 2017, 12:55 PM »Apparently Walmart has no plans to carry these? I've seen a few remnants at Target and GameStop, and a lone Obi at TRU once. It's like every store that got these only got one case each and that's it. Weird rollout.
I got Han and R2 at a Wally that really doesn't carry much in the way of toys compared to other Wallys. So, debunked.

Luke and Obi-Wan are easily findable for less than retail.
R2-D2 and Han Solo, while out of production for a couple years now, were clearanced out at the time when they were in stores. This may be why they were wary to pack these heavily. But the alternative is to pack another item heavier that is currently clogging distribution. What a mess.
Leia is easily available but this one is slightly different.
That means that they will sell
R2
Han
Leia
Luke
Obi-Wan

A puzzling move to discontinue something that clearly hasn't sold through as it could. I have never seen one in a shelf. I got mine by watching brick seeker religiously, and even then the Taarget employees clearly did not want to sell it to my wife when she went in to get it. These same employees told me they sold through to people lined up on the release day, when I was there the second the store opened, and got back there within a minute after opening.

I read a pretty cool fan theory on what one of the end-game pieces of this series could be (since I think we are headed that way).
Vader tells Palpatine that his apprentice lives and Palpatine charges Vader to bring her before him so she may be turned to the dark side. She refuses to turn and pleads for Anakin to help her as Palpatine hits her with the force lightning. Vader turns his back on her as Palpatine destroys her.
It sounds a little heavy for this show, but I think it would be a pretty cool way to see this loose end tied up.
