I have to disagree.  It wasn't his greatest performance, but the same can be said of many other exceptional actors in the PT.  I like Mace just fine.

I agree.  Obi Wan didn't come out and say he thought there was still hope for Anakin, but his behavior during the entire duel (even his wounding of Anakin, not killing him outright) suggests he held out the possibility.

I personally think Palpatine created Anakin, mainly because it answers a big nagging plot hole in TPM - how Darth Maul found the heroes on Tatooine.  I could be wrong, and maybe Palpatine's scheme isn't that grandiose, but you never know.

Given how undistinctive most of her ROTS outfits were, I'd say we're not going to get very many from this film.  The peacock one I thought was a lock, but since they cut it, I doubt we'll see it (unless she's already in the can).  I'd say the buns version and the funeral version are definites, and the Padme (Hold Me 1) and Padme Senate versions maybes.

I don't think Obi Wan leaving Anakin is out of character at all.  Anakin murdered children.  Choked his wife.  I can go on.  He got what he deserved.

There are a few red snowtrooper type guys with Bacarra, but like everything else it's blink and you miss it.  I would like one of these, since the snowtroopers were my favorites.  I think the yellow CC (no red one?), Cody, and Gree are absolute no brainers, and the blue and orange clones too.  Everything else will be gravy.

I have to agree that for here in Iowa at least, distribution is much better than it ever has been before.  The only challenge here is the Red Guard and maybe the Tank Gunner, and I've seen him every day now this week, which leads me to believe the heat is off him.  And of course #41-44, but they're still new.  Turn over is high here, mainly at Target, who have the most current shipments.

It can always be better, though.  I hate the exclusives, the packing of army builders one to a case, and the scalpers, but overall for me it's better this time around than last.
