Changing the rules and conditions after the fact (after the purchase) is going to get me riled up every time.

Yeah, I can see them suspending Luke until the coupon expires today (like it appears they did), but to go backwards and change existing orders like they are allegedly doing is pretty crappy customer service. 

They're really going to wait for each individual customer to respond to an email?  I have trouble believing that.  I'll believe it when I see it.

It does seem like a lot of effort to go though... I guess for now I'll just hope it was a HasbroToyShop rep talking out of his ass until we get confirmation that orders are indeed being altered.

Well, there is group of about 10-15 of us here in MN that bought those EE Clones and Astromechs by the caseload, so if you can swing a nice "buy a case of 4/6/whatever and you save a few bucks" deal, we love that.

I assume you mean a McQuarrie designed RT?  I thought so too, Mike.  But since there's 12 scheduled McQuarrie coming and we've seen all 12, most likely we misinterpreted and what we assumed was a McQuarrie designed figure is actually the McQuarrie figure himself.
