Thanks everyone for the compliments. I'm really glad that the figure has gotten this response. Hopefully someone else can be inspired, as the parts were pretty easy to come by.
Quazar - sorry I can't post larger photos, as I'm not hosting them myself, but you can click on each to open up the full size. Also, I think that the Padme pilot head is my fav star wars female, and would look very good on this figure.
However, the particular head I used is from the Ceremony Leia, which isn't that bad, as it came late in the POTF2 line - right before Episode 1. However, the way I repainted it, bored out to fit on Aayla's neckpost, and changed the ears, I think it was actually about the best choice. Also, the face is a little fuller than that of the Padmes, reflecting the actual actresses.
Thanks for the suggestion though, I might try the Pilot Padme head for an alternate head?
Hmm so like the Jedi as Medevil Knights? or a clone as a WW 2 officer or somesuch.
Mego and Galoob made lines of 3 3/4" Star Trek figures that had some very nice female sculpts.
This is a great resource for older figure fodder.

There is also the WOW Action Girl line of figures, but they're a trifle cartoonish looking.
Sounds nifty, Quazar! I'm not familiar with that line -- have you ever used these figures or parts in your own work? And could you send me a link, by any chance? Searching "Action Girl" and even "Action girl figure" didn't give me anything looking like li'l plastic toys!
Again -- any volunteers to maintain the vintage femfig list? Let's keep this thing alive, folks!
