I wonder what the chances are of ol snags showing up on a vintage card before the lines up. I also wonder what the chances are of a variant blue version.

Awwh crap, it just had to be a cantina guy didn't it. Well I'm game for this one, it's actually not s bad, never hurts t have another tusken and I suppose I can just repaint the Fett into a new Mando. Here's hoping they're easy enough to find.

Heres a couple that I've done that work.

Pons Limbic fits on the Vintage Snowtrooper and vice versa.
TVC Rebel Fleet Trooper fits on Rebel Honor Guard and vice versa.
TVC Naboo Guard fits on the Endor Commando and the Rebel Fleet Trooper, Endor Commando fits on Naboo but is a bit loose and the Rebel Fleet trooper fits on the Naboo body no problem.

This new Teebo actually looks like the on screen character, which is nice. POTJ Teebo is a really nice figure as has been said, but he's a bit too pudgey and has a full hood instead of just the head peice, so I'll be looking forward to this one, and see no need to replace POTJ Teebo on my shelf either since they appear to be distinct enough from each other that he can pass as a different Ewok. I don't mind him being a bit bigger than the others either, Just as there are some above average humans, I'm sure there's a couple above average Ewoks.

The Vintage Collection / Re: Keeping Cardbacks

I used to do this, and I also used to keep all my ship boxes and such, because I have OCD and this mentality that "you never know when you might need a box for something". Space was becoming an issue though so I trashed the lot of it and now try to make a point to get rid of old packaging.

Yeah, the droid is a bummer. Would have been a good opportunity to re release the astromech from the Scramble on Yavin battlepack that many people missed out on. Other than that though, stoked for these sets!

Wow, I hit paydirt tonight. After months of not finding anything I stumbled across a Bastila, Echo Base Trooper and Keyan Farlander and an Atlantic Superstore in Canada being blown out for a measly 2.44 a pop. Glad I passed for so long on ebay prices.

Interesting so far, but is there only one more episode after this? Seems like an awful lot of ground to cover if so. I don't really find the premise that far fetched really. The force can do some pretty crazy things and we don't really know anything about Zabrak physiology. Maybe surviving bisection is a common thing, all thier vital organs might be up in the top half. In any case, it doesn't bother me. I really can't imagine they're gonna kill him off right away though, I'm guessing Maul and Savage must survive to fight another season. Why go through all the trouble of reviving this dead guy and hyping him up only to kill him off an episode later right?

Actually it's kind of funny, but Maul is a threat to pretty much everyone. Particularly if he regains his sanity, imagine if his ambitions start to go beyond just revenge and he decides he wants to be king sith? He knows Palpatines true identity, he could easily rat him out and screw him over big time. Shame that we already know that won't happen.

I agree that these episodes that stay away from the Jedi and Clones are quite stellar. The best thing about an episode like this is the shades of grey, neither side is particularly good. I think they have a winning formula here though, episodes involving characters whose fates are unknown are largely more interesting than ones involving Mr I end up a Sith Lord. It was fun seeing the bounty hunters together working as a team, and I dig the new designs. Hasbro should lay off the Jedi and Clones and droids for a while and do up more bounty hunters. Animated, realistic, I don't care, just get some of these guys out there in some form or another.

Does the Mon Cal head pop onto any bodies easily? Maybe Ten Nunb or Major Panno?

Picked up Ultimates Thor and Hawkeye since I found them on sale. Overall they're not bad, and probably the only things worth getting out of the first wave. The sculpting is very nice, articulation is ok, as has been reported previously, they lack torso joints, ankles and wrists and they have balljoint knees rather than doubles. Overall though, the only joint that others me is the lack of wrists, and the ankles on these two at least are straight enough that it doesn't make standing up much of an issue. Heres hoping they re card Ultimates Iron Man to go along with them, I never could find that guy.

To add to the above, the second wave deluxes (Cliffjumper and Vehicon, which are different from the ones under the RID banner) were seen in very limited numbers in Canada and I think maybe Europe, as well as the FE Voyagers Prime and Bulkhead.

Saw these in a store this morning.    And it turns out that there are in fact three collections:  Comic Series, Concept Series & Movie Series.  And btw, the Hulk looks AWFUL.  Way undersized.

I'm passing on these for now.  I'm going to wait for a sale if at all possible.  $9.99 each at the mom & pop shop where I saw them was steep.

Hulk does look bad.  Small and doughy. The MU version coming out in a month or two looks great though!

I might grab Ultimate Hawkeye and maybe Ultimate Thor, but definitely Loki when I see them.  I have no intention of picking up any others.

When you say mom and pop shop I know you're not talking about Toy Wiz, I can only imagine what they are charging.  Last time I went down to Rockland a couple months ago their pegs were choc full of MU figs for over $20 per figure.

I'm still kicking myself for not grabbing one of the Hulks from the last movie lines when they were on clearance for 5$. He looks like he'd be just the right scale to fit in with these guys.

I'm also looking for Ric, the Naboo pilot dude and the R5 droid if anyone wouldn't mind shipping them loose up to Canada. Walmart Canada passed on all the exclusives so I'm pretty much out of luck there.
