Hmmm... some good ideas in here. 

Except for the sky diving.  I'm pretty sure my heart would either stop instantly or simply explode when I jumped out of the plane.  I'm a wimp when it comes to that.   

I skydived back in the 80's and you don't jump out of a plane, they kick your ass out! 

Seriously tho, you just hang from the strut of the wing so you have to get out which you are assisted by the instructor and they tell you to let go. If I ever have the chance to do it again I would. It's one hell of a rush.

You may want to try a champagne hot air balloon. Peacefull and relaxing. 



If you have gliding in your neck of the woods, do it. Soaring in a sailplane is an enjoyable experience. Damn I miss my youth.
