I kind of like history and think that seeing the historical military sites is kind of neat. About 10 days ago I was up in Northern California to visit family. My Uncle and Aunt took my parents and me over to the Golden Gate area where there are a bunch of old sites from the early 1900’s to the late 60’s. Some of these sites we stopped at and walked around them and look at them. One of the most impressive thing was actually going into a Nike Missile site and riding on the missile elevator.
A trip I would love to go on in the future is to go to Pearl Harbor and just walk around some of the sites (if its allowed) to see some of the damage from the attack. Does anyone else like visiting these kind of sites?
