Ah, so this is the "Star Wars 7 Class I Deluxe Vehicle Assortment". Any idea what the price point is on this segment?

Something about this vehicle design screams "mini-rig"... just not so 'mini'.

Ah, so this is the "Star Wars 7 Class I Deluxe Vehicle Assortment".

Maybe?  I've seen some people say it's "Class I Deluxe" and others call it Class II.  The TRU rumor lists went -

Class I
Class I Deluxe
Class II
Class II Deluxe

But now there is some speculation the TRU rumor ilst had exclusive listed too and maybe those "deluxe" listings are the exclusives?  Not sure really...

Any idea what the price point is on this segment?

If it's Class I Deluxe - $24.99
If it's Class II - $29.99

Not sure yet... trying to get someone to get me a pic/scan of the UPCs so I can get them verified with my Target contacts...

Hasbro just made everyone take all th links down this we weren't bothering with all the news links.  ::)

It's our now...  The party is spoiled.

Actually doesn't seem like a lot of spoilerish material in any of it.  All mostly trailer stuff.

Anyway on these vehicles I'm a little bummed they scaled them down at all.  Totally unnecessary IMO.  I'm into both speeders shown but both need a lil work IMO so they'll be projects for me.  Steps above what we've been getting of late though perhaps.  Tough to say in pics.

the snow speeder looked cool, but seems dumbed down...probably would've been great if made by the standards of 5 years ago, before the dark times, before Disney.

I was kind of thinking similar but it doesn't look as dumbed down as the Rebels toys which I recently saw defended like they were the second coming recently, and I just don't get it...  That AT-DP collapses every bit as easily as the AT-ST does/did and it's less easily fixed IMO.  The TIE was kind of neat, but my love ended there really.

The reasoning to scale these Speeders down escapes me I guess.  They look as though they'd have fit the boxes they're made to even if they'd been the SLIGHTLY larger sizes they'd have needed to be, but hey whatever.

I see potential in the Snowspeeder as a "speederjeep", something I've always kind of enjoyed as a Star Wars concept of sorts...  West End Games had something out and even made a miniature of it back in the day, but I like this design more.  Basically a small utility vehicle.  And this looks BETTER than those Rebels ships...  IE: less of a printed plastic sheet, and little more detailed.  I don't care for that color, but I can change that.  It looks like there's separate details and things I can work with at least.  Slightly smaller than its on-screen counterpart, but I'll work with it, and given how little ST stuff I'm likely picking up I'll happily move it into my OT scenes with some Stormies in it. :)

The other Speeder, which shall remain nameless for spoiler's-sake, looks like something out of the road warrior.  Weird but cool.  Again, definitely truncated but not by a huge margin so I don't get WHY.   The box looks like it would've handled the slightly larger size, but hey whatever.

Saw a new case listing at EE - Class II Vehicles Wave 2 Case.  Don't get too excited, because this is the description:

1x SW E7 FIRST ORDER SNOWSPEEDER
1x SW DESERT LANDSPEEDER
1x SW E5 SLAVE I

More Desert and Snow speeders and what looks like a repack of the ESB mini-Slave I with a 5POA Fett pack-in for $30.   ::)

It's a repack of the reduced size Slave I they put out in 2014.  Totally lame to put a ship they've already released twice (2013 Jango version; 2014 Boba version) into the $30 line like this before getting to more TFA ships.   ::)

Boba is popular so I kinda get it but yeah I'd rather have seen another TFA ship.  The snowspeeder is quite nice.  Really the sand one is ok too.  The imperial one just is a step above.  Without reference it's rough to say if it's accurate but if anything I think it may be too large.  The sand one looks quite accurate to what I have seen.
