Since the only ones I keep carded are for my Han Solo carded collection, I guess I'd have to say:
1 - 2015 TFA Starkiller Base Han Solo
2 - 2014 Black Series Carbonite Han Solo
3 - 2009 Legacy Stormtrooper Disguise Han Solo

I'm not that much of a carded/packaged collector anymore. So these are mostly figures that I'd like to see back in circulation:
Scarif Stormtrooper Squad Leader (3.75" Black Series)
Owen Lars (2010 Visionaries comic pack)
Count Dooku (2005 Sith Evolutions)
I was tempted to put one of the A-wing pilots on there to tick off one more character that was originally offered on a vintage card, but I thought these might be more interesting choices.

Agreed. I would prefer Hasbro spent their efforts in other areas as I will not purchase a repackaged figure I already own.

I thought about Snowspeeder Wedge. I'm not a carded guy, either, but I'll buy a select few. Jawa is a must have for me.

I can't believe no one has said the 2005 Early Bird Kit Chewbacca, that amazing figure has never gotten the vintage card treatment. So he's my top choice...

I was toying with the idea of the Early Bird Chewbacca, but with the limit at three figures it didn't make the cut.

Those would be my Top 3, coincidentally the only figures I don't own and/or never saw in stores.

Any of the Republic Commando figures

I'd just want that last black series Stormtrooper to be released pretty much forever.

Farmboy Luke is another figure worthy of a significant resculpt. The VOTC figure was novel, but not a great representation. The TLC Resurgence of the Jedi version was good, but the proportions seemed a little bit off. If Hasbro used that figure as a starting point for a new farmboy Luke? Then I think we'd be in a good place.

I'd be down for pretty much anything from the OT, or OT characters from the ST as well. Picking three I'll go with:

Stormtrooper Han (and Luke)
