« on: May 28, 2006, 08:38 PM »
those are awsome pics with an insane amount of clones. i just recentley started army building again i took a break after the big rots figure rush, ending up with about 40 rots clones now i'm going back and building my aotc army. those pics are great though, but i'd never even know what to do with all those figures!

Saga Collection '06 / Re: Great finds in your own home
« on: May 28, 2006, 08:30 PM »
i found an un marked box in my parents greage when i was home for a visit last august. i was looking for an old pair of snowboard bindings, the box was clearly to big to be bindings but i opened it non the less because it was in my pile in the corner and there where right around 35-40 MOC starwars figure, mixed, episode 1, shaddows of the empire, saga attack of the clones, etc..... buti had totaly forgotten all about that box. it was a great surprise and it feed my custom fooder greatly!

now even though there where 35 or more figures MOC in that box, i have tosay that CHEWIE, your 10 votc stormies and evo sets still is a better find! cool topic....

Hey Hasbro! / Re: Expansion of the Clone Wars Line
« on: May 27, 2006, 05:44 PM »
i think it's a great idea, this is one of if nt my very favorite lines ever made. i can't think of any other figures i'd add to your lists, you covered it pretty well. i'd love to see all those figures. it'd be cool if the had a bit more articulation than the previous line, but either way. this would also be another chance for hasbro to use some of thier previos molds like SA clones and sepratist drioids for individual packs or even 3 pack again. no matter what direction they take the starwars toy line, the clone wars will always be some of the most popular products.

i'd definetley add a'sharrad hett though!!!

this exclusive just dosn't seem that great. i do love stormtroopers, but a little banner and a tiny decal hardly make it worthy of being an exclusive. i think the best part for me is the packaging, now that looks cool. i'd still like to have one, just one, because the idea is cool, but i was hoping for a bit more from this figure!

that was great CHEWIE! the old one was good, but that was a vast improvement...

your effects looked awsome. especially the lightsabers and the destroyer droid, very well done.

you elabirated on some of the battle scenes and the extra action shots definetley improve the roll of the story. it seems like it flows better now instead of jumping from one scene to another.

i enjoyed seeing the new customs, especially obi and qui gon, they look awsome.

definetley a great update, an awsome improvement and i had a very good time reading it, i also can't wait to see #3.....

nice custom. the stripping on the legs came out really well and you have done some pretty nice weathering.  i like the marking design, but the chest marking dosn't look like it goes with the rest, i don't know what it is, it just dosn't mesh well, just an observation.

great job! do youhave any troops for him to command? i'd love to see a squad....

great job thanks for sharing.

i think it's a great idea and concept. you might try masking off the ship next time before you paint, so you get more crisp and defined lines.

the light saber count is very cool, i agree that it could be a bit smaller, and mabey black and white,. stencil looking, ya know.

i like the big mandalore skull. if it is a stealth descreet ship then they may not advertise like that, but if it's a battle insertion type ship then i would go with a couple mandalore skulls on it. the kind of thing that amnnounces mandalorian prescence and that they are not to be messed with......

over all great concept. i'd love to see a pic of the ship manned with mandalorians.

good work, thanks for sharing~!

great work as usual chewie!

-even if they aren't exact to the movie, those kayshyyk scouts are very cool. i like the dramatic contrast between the mid section coloring and the reat of the coloring, the biege/brown really sets them off. i also like the excess white on them, it reminds me that they are still clone troops, the movie kayshykk troops are such a far cry from a standard clone trooper color or helemt change. great work!

-the ishtib civilian is awsome. the matching under shirt and boot straps are cool. painting the plokoon hannds green to match the ishtibs skin color was very clever and it looks really good. i like the civilian background charecters it's cool to see someone put some of them out there.

-the bith civilian has to be my favorite. very simplet but very cool. i think it would be an improvement if you painted the robe a different color, mabey a light color like tan or biege dry brush so that the black still showed through, or a light grey, just a suggestion. but still a cool custom.

great update CHEWIE, i always enjoy your custom's!
