Yeah it comes off but he sports a skinhead. So I reckon a Series 3 Lando hairpiece will suit him.

My take on this series, first the good...

Royal guard, Leia and Lando very look good.  The Biker Scout looks plain wicked - surperb job and kudos to Medicom on making these figures soo cool.

Now on to what I do not like about this series...

I could not agree with Brent more on the choice of the sculpt for Yak Face.  But to add I am not surprised actually a little dissapointed in that choice.

The blue senate guard is done well but why oh why mix prequel figures into what has been an OTC line.  Me thinks this series might be a transition series into more prequel figures.

Love the Anakin, going to be needing help on that one I suspect :-\

I'm pleased Yakface is in there too, I'm just sort of suprised they opted for the POTF2 sculpt over the vintage version.  It's an homage to the vintage line either way but I think I'd have preferred the vintage sculpt.

Nice series though I agree with others, 2 Anakins and 1 Gam. Guard is strange to say the least.

Count me in the dissapointed crowd over the chases.  I dig Yakface, he was pretty much a no brainer.  I don't dig human old Anakin, it makes no sense in any way shape or form (that goes for the POTF2 figure as well).  The Senate Guard is puzzling (and a little troubling).  I think prequel Kubricks are now a forgone conclusion and I really don't know what to think.  I'll buy them I suspect but there is still a ton of OT stuff I want as well.  As long as they keep coming, that will be OK.  It just means the money sink will continue for years to come.  And I have to rethink my display area.  I have two acrylic cases with my vintage figures in one, their modern counterparts in the other and the Kubricks in Johnny Lightnings in between them

No real prequel stuff out here at all...and prequel Kubricks sort of mess it all up :-\  The other thing is there isn't much room there due to the heating duct right above the display above, so I may have to move them to another spot on the wall with more Johnny Lightning cases

Anyway I just found my master wishlist...

If Medicom comes out with a complete set of prequel Kuby's, it will be the death of me. Have the odd one come with a vinty set is fine I guess.  :-\

Johnny Lightning acrylic interlocking display cases, something I stole from Kubrickworld I believe and then everyone here stole it from me.  You can buy them at TRU in the car aisle

Most people buy Kubricks from somewhere here...choice 2 would be eBay and choice 3 would be an etailer like Ningyoshi, Toytokyo, Hobby Link Japan, BigBadToyStore or misc

Anything older than Series 5 you'll probably have to get on eBay

I am thinking about the Senate Guard chase figure and although it very well may mean the introduction of prequel figures, I think it may have been more of a figure of oppertunity. Besides the head sculp and the weapon my guess is that it is the same exact figure as the Royal Guard. Perhaps Medicom just figured to do that to same a little money this wave. They seem to save a buck every chance they can, and still provide us with some awesome figures. I knwo they did this with the Marvel Kubricks. The chase was a symbiote Spider-Ham figure. No need for it, but i am sure it was a money saving technique. It would be the same thing with the Anakin chase. They already have the mold, why not use it again. Maybe they needed to make up for the cost of the Gammorrean Guard and Yakface. Sculpts like that probably will only be used once. I still wish we could have got an Amanaman chase though.
