At least the Vikings' season is supposed to be easier now.  ::)

So the shirt has no buttons, nor was it a V-neck... great work on the research, Hasbro (or just cutting corners)

Couldn't Han be 'improved' by using Smuggler Lando's torso? His shirt's buttoned up.

Oh, you mean like this?  :)

After looking at the figures in this wave, I can honestly say it'll be good to take a wave off.

Yes, Steve. You should just go and work for Hasbro. You'd do a better job at it. heck, there are a few people on here that do awesome jobs at customing.

Hopefully this wave won't be mass-produced and clogging the pegs for '11Wave 2.

Just don't do a super-movie killer by having 2+ villains. I prefer to have one showcased, and Nolan's done a good job of that. Sure, Scarecrow had an appearance in TDK, but that's all it was. But it was close to overkill with the Joker and Two-Face in it.

Still looking...

Did you get the sale price straight-up or did you have to argue that there was a sale tag for them?

So yeah, straight up 9.99 without having to complain, FYI.

Same here. I picked up the two sets I wanted and they had the $9.99 sales price in the two locations they had them (both the 09 and 10 versions). They rang up at the sales price without any arguing, so $6 saved!

Joe Defender / Re: The Comics

The only downside to those bound volumes is that they don't include the short comics like in issue #1 and 50. But those don't have any influence on the main storyline.

Bought Special Missions TPB #1 the other day and it has the Special Missions story from issue 50.

That's cool they did that. I'm glad they aren't leaving any of the story out.

I'm still waiting for the new issue of RAH. I believe it comes out next week, but that's almost a month and a half between issues. To sate my appetite, I managed to score a 155 1/2 and read it yesterday!

I see that the Rodian Jedi never got a name.  :-\

Another great transaction with Justin on a couple GI Joe comics. And thanks for picking up a few things from Matt! I appreciate it!

Shadows of the Dark Side / Re: Walmart "New" TIE Bomber
« on: October 14, 2010, 08:33 PM »
I never got a Bomber either, and it's one of the vintage ships.

Classic Star Wars ship?  yes.  Vintage Kenner toy?  No.  This is my favorite Tie of the bunch and it wasn't released until POTJ back in 01-02ish if my memory is working now.  Tie Defender?  Please Hasbro??

I guess that's what I meant. One of the classic ships never made in the vintage Kenner days. Are you feeling better?

I saw these tonight, too. Was very tempted, but the wife was tagging along.
