Title: SA Bossk/Trandoshan Merc ?
Post by: VF/501 on May 19, 2006, 05:28 AM
Has anyone else tried a custom Bossk/Trandoshan with a VTSC Luke body?

The uniform is similar and with added details it can be a close match.  However the height of the figure is an issue.

I am starting one right now with a POTF2 Bossk and a VTSC Pilot Luke.  I would've prefered to use a Saga Bossk but I don't have one available.  Anyways, I have the arms and legs attached and it looks pretty good.  If any of you has done this can you tell or show me what you did?

pritty slim chanse I think, since the VSTC Luke is only just in stores and Europeans don't have them yet, for their own collection.

But good luck, I'm curious how it will turn out.

I think it should work alright.  The good think about Bossk is that you can extend the limbs to make him taller since his flightsuit is a normal sized, "human" flightsuit.
Also, it's better that you're using the PotF2 Bossk because the Saga Bossk has awkwardly positioned ankles.  PotF2 has a more neutral stance.

I have not done this, but I think it's a good idea and I might have to try it now  ;).  Keep us informed with how yours comes out!

Its definately an intriguing idea. An articulated Bossk would be very cool. Im anxious to see how this turns out.
