I just like that it's an actual sequel and not a "re-imagining" AKA rip-off.

And it's ALWAYS good to see Bruce "The ORIGINAL StarKiller" Beefcakener getting some work again. (That's a B5 reference for those of you unfamiliar with the best sci-fi series ever on TV :) )

He was on NCIS as a Navy Admiral the other day.

YES! I have been very impatiently waiting for second half of season 4. Just wondering if the second half will be as good as the first half of the season. Pinstripes and Poltergeists was my favorite episode of the season so far.

I can hear them all. The 16khz is low but still annoying. Reminds me of the sound older computer monitors and some older TVs make. I could hear it and it annoyed me and everyone else thought I was nuts.

Hmmm was wondering if we would ever see an alternate universe Doctor.

I am guessing his speaking in PM was dubbed over, though he did speak at least three times in X-Men. He didn't say much any of those times though.

Star Wars Action Figures / Re: SKV-Y33 Feral Salvage Droid

The Black Hole inspirations does show doesn't it? I was inspired by B.O.B. when I designed this droid.

My entry for the Yakfinities - Feral Droids

SKV-Y33

The SKV series salvager droid has been in service for decades. It was on the way to being phased out until the Clone Wars hit. Suddenly the galaxy had a huge demand for a specialized salvage droid and the SKV series continued production.
This unfortunate droid saw a long line of owners who either abused or neglected maintaining it.
Fortune would shine upon this droid when its owners became victims of feral droids in an abandoned industrial section or Corescant. SKV-Y33 had expected to be scrapped by the droids. It was suprised when they offered to purge it of its limitating programs and join them in vengence upon their cruel former masters.
SKV now assists in sabotaging speeders of explorers (and of course getting new parts to repair his friends)
Sometimes SKV also attempts to salvage useful chemicals from otherwise useless "meat bags"...

Just got back to the hotel from seeing the show in LA! Curious to see how much of the show gets cut tonight...due to language and gestures...hehe.
Seeing the show in person was a blast!
Sucks that tommorrow is the last show.

For those who watched it tonight and got really confused as to why Charlie was alive, it was an unaired episode from Season 1.
Would have been nice if FOX said it was unaired episode beforehand...  ::)

So much I want to say about this episode but would involve spoilers...
I do think it was the most emotional regeneration I have seen (I never saw episodes where 1st or 2nd doctors regenerated...so I don't have those for comparison.)

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: The Death of PC Gaming
« on: December 28, 2009, 08:39 PM »
When I play shooter games I prefer console.
I play EVE Online, so thats my main focus for pc games. Sometimes I reinstall Steam and play Half-Life 2 and few other Valve games on the PC though.
The one thing that a number of PC games have going for them are modding potential. Games like Homeworld, Halo (for PC), Half-Life 2, Star Trek Armada 1 & 2 (Which I modded for seven years...) have a lot of replay value with variety of mods, not just for multi-player but for single player as well.
If anything I think the modding communities will keep PC gaming alive.
