152 posts on a Star Wars website as opposed to 16.  I question who's the bigger nerd.

You should see my USENET total.  Or my total on the other boards I've been using longer.  Hell, the PSWCS mailing list just passed 40,000 messages, and I probably account for half of those.  I, sir, AM the biggest Nerd.

And that's not even taking into account http://CreatureCantina.com .   ;D

I did spend that week in Indy for Celebration 3.  Other than that, not on your life!  I'd pay the premium to get my crap off eBay first.

I'm sitting here at work, waiting for something to break.  Help me feel better about my lack of excitement today.  What's the worst job you've ever held?

For me, I worked for a temp agency one summer during college.  It was supposed to be pretty good money, and they were supposed to be able to find stuff for you to do pretty easily.

The first thing they signed me up for was a job processing ATF tax forms.  A company did this 24/7, in three shifts.  I was assigned the 10pm-6am shift.  This job consisted of opening envelopes, pulling out a form and usually a check, stapling them together, and sorting the forms into appropriate piles.  It was mind-numbing, and the hours didn't help.  I stuck with it for about a month before telling them to reassign me.

You didn't even mention the giveaways! I think we're the only site that has them anymore?
snowtroopers.ca has them as well. ;)

http://CreatureCantina.com is trying to give away some figures right now, but apparently nobody wants them.   :P

[li]You can swear here.[/li]  :P  This is an adult collecting community, and as such, we allow our members to speak freely and use some of the more colorful "adult" language that you might normally expect to encounter in the real world.  Our members have the option of turning their language filters on, or off, in their profiles, so it's entirely up to them the type of content they choose to read.  So ****, ****, assclown all you want around here!  8)

You can now pre-order the PS3 for $299 on Amazon.com.  If this turns out to be the final price (I don't know, since I've heard anywhere from $399 to $599), and comes in $100 cheaper than the deluxe xbox360, microsoft could be in for a real butt-stomping.

The stripped down version may be a very bad thing for the 360.  Now every game must be programmed with the assumption that no HD is present.  So you lose all of its advantages.  Either that, or the developer has to go through and write the game twice, and write a scheme to determine which version of xbox you have before chosing which program to run.  It's just a bad situation.  I don't think anyone would bat an eye at a $399 price tag.
