What Bounty Hunter would you be if you can chose any one of them? I would be Durge because he regenerates ;D

I'd be J'Jaym'Es... He rocks because he has all these abilities and powers to control stuff electronically, and abilities to abruptly end any kind of discussion he's hunting. It's really cool when he lines up his prey in his sights.

If Boba Fett fought Durge, I think that Boba Fett would be mortally wounded and Durge will be almost gone :'(But eventually Durge will heal back after Boba is done.
