Ugh, creeping crud abounds at my house too.  Sucks.

I don't know what kind of camo that outfit would help him hide out in (maybe a pumpkin patch?)

Maybe he'd totally kick arse in one of those Halloween corn mazes.   ;D

Good work on that TJ.  You might also want to try flickr.com for hosting pics.  Just make sure you resize and crop the pics before you upload, otherwise you run out of allowable uploads for the month.

Holy crap those are beautiful!  Yes, that's right, I used 'crap' and 'beautiful' in the same sentence in a positive way.

bjardkerr = wordsmith

How long does it take you to do something that detailed?

Here's one more before I toss in my Bounty Hunter guy.

I call him the Commander Candy Corn.  My son, who is 7, said he wanted me to paint him a Clone, so I asked what colors.  He said "Orange, yellow, black, green, and red."  I narrowed him down to the first three and he notified me after he was all painted that I forgot the jetpack, holster, and custom guns.  Well, it's done now and he wanted me to take pics of it so he could see it on the computer.

Why is that clone trooper dropping pellets on his pilot?   :P

Really though, nice work on the PT craft.  Maybe a windshield would look good on it, and some more "embellishments," like some more aerodynamic panelling on the sides. Is that an AOTC pilot helmet on the ROTS pilot body?  I like it, whatever it is.

Is that 12" clone armor on a Dragon body?

Thanks DDaestron.  I picked it up yesterday, and I echo Jokabofe's thoughts on it.  Not enough pictures.

The writing was great and informative, but more pics would've been nice.

I don't think there's any conflict of interest when bidding on a friend's customs.  I think the point is that it could APPEAR that way to others.  In my book:  bid away if you want it!

Do-able.   :-[ :P

Very nice work JubJub.  So after having your drawing tablet for a few weeks, would you buy the same one?  Or would you get a different one?

That's a good point Owen.  It could appear that way, either to other ebay customers or ebay themselves.  Maybe we shouldn't bid on each other's charity customs, since it could be construed as hiking the price for a buddy.  I don't know if that's the best way to approach this though, I haven't given it enough thought.

As for the recipients of the proceeds from said auctions, I too thought they were going to Darth Ennis.  My custom will be in the hands of DDelicious by middle of next week, and I want Ennis to be the recipient.  I have already donated things to the general population of Katrina victims.

He's a senator in the Rykrof Enloe series, and these are just some more casual clothes for him.

In other words, he dons these to let his attendants know he's going to the pooper, so they can bring the sanitary arsewipes in.   :o

Nice work Chewie.  You excel at taking figures and parts which a lot of peeps deem crap, and turning them into cool customs.  I salute you!

I really like the red you used.  Is that a custom color or what?  It looks like if one were close enough, one could see one's own reflection in their visors.

I'd keep these guys clean, but that's just me.  They look more evil and untouchable w/o the battle damage.  These guys seem like assassins who strike and exfil without anybody knowing they were there, or where they came from.  Hence, they stay a tad "cleaner."

Seeing some stuff in there for potential customs?

Yeah, I'm mostly looking for pics I haven't seen before, and help with colors for some of the different clones.  From what Jokabofe said, it sounds like it's a cheap ploy to get us clonuts to buy more clone crap.  How pathetic.  Even more pathetic however, is I'll probably still buy it.  ;)

So Jokabofe, did it have the same pics that were in the EPIII Visual Dictionary?

On a similar note, where's the best place for EPIII reference pics (specifically clone commanders) that you guys have found?

Has anyone gotten this issue of SW Insider?

I haven't had the chance to check my local bookstores, but am wondering whether it'll be available at a place like Barnes & Noble.  Has anybody gotten it there, at Wal-Mart, or Target?
