I like the idea of potentially getting more VOTC figures for a somewhat lower price, but I have a feeling Hasbro is screwing with us with that prototype image. Instead of getting VOTC figures, we'll get crap like 500th Vader/Throne Room Luke, Final Battle Jango Fett/Little Boba Fett, or Commtech Han/POTJ Biker Scout.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

****. They picked the WORST weekend to hold it. My last day of school is on the 24th (Thursday), and my graduation will more than likely be that Saturday the 26th. Even if I flew out on Sunday, after post-grad acticities, I'd still only be able to catch the last day, which isn't worth it.

So count me out. :(

Sorry for the crappy pic, but check out my newest Biker, on the left. Notice how his midsection is darker than the right (which is the same color as the ones in the JD Images). Is this just a paint mess up? Running change? Variation? Has anyone else seen one with a torso that dark?

Awesome pictures once again, Jared. That Garindan just jumped to the top of my wants list. Hammerhead looks great, but I join Jesse James in asking where the articulation is? Even something like swivel elbows would make it that much better.

Luke and Han are meh... I'm really only getting Luke for the accessories. What is it about Hasbro not being able to sculpt a good Mark Hammil head? This one is decent, but Hasbro still has a ways to go.

Jared, is Luke's floppy hat the same as the one that came with the Flashback Luke?

I have a PSP and a DS...

DS is great for games. Ruiner, the Dual Screens aren't uncomfortable at all, and gameplay DOES involve both screens. However, it isn't hard to play. You use the pen and the bottom screen to move your character, and you look top screen, which is where all the action occurs. You can also adjust the controls to where you move with the D-Pad and play with the A/B/X/Y buttons. You kind of have to play it for yourself first to get the hang of it, it's really a unique gaming experience that words can't describe.

To be honest, I only bought a PSP for that GTA game (which is coming out for PS2 and Xbox next month ::)), and I find myself only using the multimedia features (mainly internet) more than the games...

So in all, if you want more multimedia features go for the PSP. If you only want games, go for the DS.
