Anakin, Padme and another incident

More bits that you may already know...

Firstly, the good news. For anybody who didn't like Anakin and Padme's soppy romance in AOTC. There is very little screentime between Anakin and Padme. Padme's role is cut down on what she had in Episode I and especially Episode II (perhaps this was why Natalie Portman alleagedly became such an awakward bitch on set?

So, we begin Episode III with Anakin fighting the Clone Wars. Padme is on Coruscant waiting for her man to return, she is pregnant, but hiding it. Anakin's victory in the Clone Wars, allows him to get back to Coruscant, where he meets up with his secret wife. The early part of the movie sees Anakin and Padme in a few loving scene's (so yes, there will be *some* romantic dialouge, early on) Padme informs Anakin he is to be a father-neither know she is actually pregnant with twins. One scene that many femail fans are looking forward too, is an intimate scene between Anakin and Padme, where the young Jedi has his shirt off. And for us guys, Padme looks pretty hot too-even though she's preggers. The Jappor Snippit from TPM will make a welcome return, too.

It's not long before Anakin and the Jedi fall out, and Anakin is assigned as bodyguard to Chancellor Palpatine. At the same time, Padme and a number of other Senators, are becoming increasingly worried about Palpatine refusing to give up his emergency powers. There could be an awkward scene where Padme and other Senators confront the Chancellor in his office, about his refusal to stand-down, and Anakin may be standing behind his "boss" literally.

As we go through the movie, Anakin and Padme's relationship will come under further strain, as Anakin refuse's to oppose the Chancellor, and infact decide's to do the dictators bidding. Anakin will be faced with a clear choice, to stay with, or betray, the Jedi. He will choose to betray the Jedi, and he will fall to the dark side.

Padme will not understand the depth of Anakin's betrayal and how deep he is involved with The Sith. So, when Anakin comes to see her, before he is sent to finish off the Sepratist's on lava planet Mustafar, Padme will promise not to betray her husband-even though she has grave doubts about what he is doing.
After Anakin has gone, Obi-Wan will come and see Padme, and he will make her realise the extent to which Anakin has become evil. Earlier, Anakin will have sluaghtered numerous Jedi, in the Jedi Temple, and it's quite likely The Younglings will be part of this slaughter. Padme will tell Obi-Wan that she is pregnant with Anakin's child, and he will inform her that it's no longer safe for her or her child to be associated with Anakin. He will tell Padme that he must confront Anakin, and she will tell him where Anakin has gone. Padme will be left under the care of Bail Organa, as Obi-Wan goes to confront Anakin. However, Padme will still not be ready to give up on her love. Just as she has done in the two previous episode's, she will recklessly leave safety, and head for danger. She sneaks off and follows Obi-Wan to Mustafar.

When she arrives at Mustafar, she will interupt Obi-Wan and Anakin's confrontation. They won't actually be fighting at this point. Anakin will be furious at Padme for betraying him to Obi-Wan, and it's at this moment, that their doomed realtionship will finally fall apart. Despite Padme offering her love to him, Anakin will be consumed by hate and anger. He will lash out, and in what promise's to be the most disturbing moment of the Saga, he will force choke Padme. As Padme falls to the ground, Obi-Wan and Anakin will begin their duel.

After the duel, Obi-Wan will resuce the gravely injured Padme, and later, on an as-yet unamed planet, Padme will give birth to the twins she didn't know she was carrying. The long labour, with her injury, will finish her off, and she will die in Obi-Wan's arms. Bail Organa and Yoda, as well as the droids will also most likely be present.

As Anakin is reborn, Padme will have her funeral on Naboo, where her family will attend, and the young Queen will be in mourning. Her Casket will be similar to Snow White's.

Meanwhile, on seperate planet's, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Bail Organa will be hiding her off-spring. The New Hope's that will one day bring peace and order back to a galaxy ripped apart by hate and war.
